Vomit – A good word whats about to spontaneously purge itself from my belly.

I’ve got this weird belief as it goes something like this:
NOBODY and NOTHING should be above the law.!

I don’t mean all laws are good or should be respected, but certainly laws regarding matters of grave seriousness should be applied to all.

Very odd my belief isn’t it? Clearly it’s a belief that doesn’t square well with reality, be it state granted immunity to the torturers in shitzrael, US, UK, Uzbeks, Egypt, Syria and so forth, or Immunity US occupation forces (army and private mercs) raping, killing and thieving their way through Iraq etc. These bastards should pay the price. So should UN forces raping their way around the world.

Amongst other tales involving the UN, we get the story below… ( Direct reporint from Al Jazeera English… ).

It’s one reason why I hate the U.N. It does NONE of the good things it says it supposed to do, instead it serves the elite. Yet stupid countries still attend it and by doing so offer it some kind of legitimacy, keeping it alive and well. I don’t like the EU either as it too won’t serve the interests of the people, merely a cabal. The UN (like the EU) should be opposed by all rejectors of vested interests.

UN wins immunity in Srebrenica case.

Srebrenica was Europe’s worst atrocity since World War II

Bosnian Serb army Commander General Ratko Mladic, left, drinks a toast with Dutch UN Commander Tom Karremans, second right, while others unidentified look on in village of Potocari, some 5 kilometers north of Srebrenica Wednesday, July 12, 1995.

A Dutch court has ruled that survivors of the 1995 Serb assault that killed 8,000 Muslims in the Bosnian town of Srebrenica cannot sue the United Nations for failing to protect their families.

Relatives of victims and survivors of the massacre had been seeking compensation from the UN and the Dutch state.

But the judgment handed down by the district court in The Hague on Thursday said it had “no jurisdiction to hear the action against the UN”.

“… the court concludes that in international law practice the absolute immunity of the UN is the norm and is respected.”

Srebrenica was a Muslim enclave protected [my emphasis} by Dutch UN peacekeepers.

On July 11, 1995, it was overrun by Bosnian Serb forces who loaded thousands of men and boys onto trucks, killing about 8,000 of them before throwing their bodies into mass graves.

Appeal decision

The plaintiffs, who call themselves the Mothers of Srebrenica, represent some 6,000 survivors of the massacre, and 10 individual widows who lost their husbands in the assault were ordered to pay costs after the decision.

Axel Hagedorn, lawyer for the plaintiffs, told Al Jazeera that they would appeal against the decision and approach the European Court of Human Rights if unsuccessful.

“The mothers will be disappointed … but this is only the first instance. We will have to see what the appeals court says about this,” he said

“If you accept this, then you are saying that only one organisation in the world cannot be judged by an independent court and that is unaccepatable.

“The UN soldiers even helped with the deportation of the men … so made the mass execution possible.”

Hagedorn said that although the case against the Dutch state would continue, the court may decide to put it on hold pending the outcome of the appeal process in the UN matter so as not to split the two issues.

‘Impossible mission’

In 2002, the entire Dutch government resigned over an official report that stated its peacekeepers had been sent on an “impossible” mission.

The Serbs brushed aside lightly armed Dutch UN peacekeepers in the “safe area” where thousands of Muslims from surrounding villages had gathered for protection.

The massacre, Europe’s worst atrocity since World War II, has been termed genocide by the International Court of Justice, which handles disputes between nations, and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, set up by the UN to try war crimes committed during the Balkans conflict.

The remains of thousands of victims have been found in mass graves around Srebrenica since the end of Bosnia’s 1992-1995 war.

The UN has also admitted it failed to protect the Muslims of Srebrenica from mass murder, but none of its officials were held responsible.

What is the finding of some seedy little Dutch court have jurisdiction over anything? And what was the chances a Dutch court would have allowed the case to continue when its victims were just ‘backwards Muslims’. Almost zero chance- thats what!.

lwtc’s letter from America

When you go will you send back
A letter fom America?
Take a louuk up the railtrack
From Miami to Canada…

Many people take the mick out of that song, but I kinda like it.

So here’s my latest letter from America.

Essentially it’s about the strong power USans have over their leglislature, and how peachy things are.

Get the foeul story here Jezza.

Thats the maximim cost you can call upon within the freedom of information act (FOI) to try and discover if the state apparaticks are involved in the dirty. What a joke.

– : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – : – :

“Here you are Lou, the latest FOI’s”

‘Thanks “bombski” ‘.

Everytime Lou said his nickname, it brought back memories of the briefing they had on the eve of July 7th, when Wozack (his real surname) was handed the assignment to oversee the bomb team on one of the carraiges. As he was of Polish parents, Lou quipped “be careful bombski, they’ve given you a can of worms. Make sure it’s placed securely and out of everyones sight.”

Just two days after, they were reassigned and by stationed together in the office that handles MET FOI’s.

Lou thought to himself ‘The poor sod probably thinks it was coincidence. Hah! Well, he’s kept his nose clean since so no need to call anything in yet. Now there’s a thought – what if Wozack is actually watching me? Both of us watching each other? He does tend to ask some silly questions some times. Hummm. Enough of this, I’ve got these bloody FOI’s to sort out. Right, what do we have here? Hmmm…’.

He inhaled slowly and let out a sigh, narrowing his lips as he began his work.

Lou stamped each request with a scanner sensitive incremental number stamp and rapidly sorted them into nine piles. He then fed each FOI from one pile into the scanner finally  selecting a category as to how that pile should be treated. On this occasion, from a drop down menu the he clicked ‘Reject: – reasons of national security’

He then stated on the second pile. Something on the FOI caught his eye. It was enquirying about the organisation called Common Purpose. Lou had at times overheard many of his colleagues mention this group as if it was some kind of fitness club but never gave it much thought.

Having scanned the second pile, this time he clicked ‘Accept: – send for processing’ and placed each FOI in his out tray.

A few days later, he had a call from his department chief.

“Lou, we’re sending back a number of FOI’s back to you. A number of us don’t feel some of them are treated correctly at the initial stage of processing. We’ll return them in blue and they’ll be with you later today. Any questions”

Lou didn’t add anything.

The minutes ticked the morning away and just before lunch a blue folder containing a small number of FOI’s was put on his desk by Wozack.

“Cheers bombski” he said sighing again.

He opened the folder and immediately inside was a cover note. Under the note were eleven FOI’s. The cover note stated “These and future FOI’s relating to  Common Purpose should be classified as ‘Reject: – Cost of processing FOI would exceed £675. Please file for reference”

Lou photocopied the letter and pinned it up on the already crowded noticeboard alongside similiar special notices detailing how certain FOI’s should be handled. Putting the original copy in the workstation file, he sighed once more and retrieved the previous FOI’s for reclassification, only then finishing for lunch when Wozack approached him and said ‘I’m also running a bit late this lunchtime. Whaddya say for a quick lunch and beer at the local.’

The miracle of Ingrid Betancourt

What seems like last year (!), Ingrid Betancourt was pictured on many MSM newz outlets. Those same news outlets tried to make us extra angry and pulled at our heart strings saying she was near to death.

Amazingly, now that she is no longer held hostage by FARC, she’s full of life.

Alzheimers victim Ernest Saunders came to mind…

You too can beat Alzheimer’s disease.

Is Dylan Avery an idiot?

Update: Summary: Dylan Avery isn’t an idiot, but behaved a little bit idiotically (as we all do at times} when he knew he should have been on best behaviour! – update ends.

In the mad dash to leave the fantastic UK a few days ago, I didn’t manage to catch all the junk featured on the BBC’s pantaloon program about WTC7.

What I did see, was bits of the last 15 mins or so.

I saw Dylan Avery say ‘fuck’ about three times in rapid succession. While I have no doubt the editors knife helped foster that image, it didn’t stop the words “what an idiot” from going through my head.

Really, he should have known a lot better.

Dylan Avery

First off, he should really have minded his tongue as he was easily presented as a foul mouthed jerk. Secondly, he should have refused to grant an interview in what was always going to use whatever it could in furtherance of the official conspiracy. Why haven’t people like him and Alex Jones etc realised this yet? Surely they don’t believe the program was going to put forth pros and cons – of either conspiracy theory! Despite their flaws I would be very very hesitant to say “it’s becasue they are gatekeepers”.

Perhaps they think that in 60s of post-edited MSM broadcasting, they can rebuff or convince others they are being officially lied to. If they do so, I hope they re-evaluate that belief.

I also saw Jane Standley. The reporter who magically said WTC7 had collapsed about half an hour before it did. She said she was subject to a hate campaign.

That’s weird! The overwhelming majority of conspiraloon-type comments and articles I read about did nothing of the sort. And I did read a fair amount as to me, WTC7 is the biggest hole in the 9-11 official conspiracy. Rather buffs and critics of it suggested someone had given the BBC a script to read out accidently at the wrong time.

Jane Standley

She and Philip Hayton were in the main portrayed as innocent pawns. But of course, you know… when you’ve got a hit piece to compile and all that.

And then how could I not mention the heavy application of PROOF BY COMPUTER ANIMATION. The latest sacred cow.

By the way, watch out for ginger haired dolls. They are evil and will kill you given the chance.

tough on the causes of crime?

That, along with ‘education education education’ was one of the catchphrase uttered by filth meister general – Mass Murderer Tony bLiar. And epople, as they do, bought it big time.

It turned out to be a load of crap, just like everything else that murdering scumbag did. Don’t even have the cheek to mention the minimum wage unless you can demonstrate that long term, all factors included, it has actually benefited the terminally poor.

And so onto the issue of knives and stabbings – the latest issue the mainstream media demand we focus upon (to aid escape from fatigue of thinking about the 1,236,604 Iraqi dead {7-7-08 estimate})

Onwards then to the main story…..

Body armour for public over knife fears

Knife crime

Teachers, health workers, clergymen and frightened members of the public are buying body armour to protect themselves against Britain’s growing epidemic of knife crime.

There has been a surge in sales of anti-stab vests, with fearful council staff, NHS employees and even shop workers asking for protection.

Both the health service and the Local Government Association said they left it up to individual hospitals and councils to decide whether to issue the vests.

But an LGA spokesman insisted: ‘The safety of our workers is absolutely paramount.’

A health department spokeswoman confirmed that some ambulance services had already introduced the vests. The surge in orders follows a spate of knife crime which has claimed the lives of 18 teenagers in London alone this year.

It has also been partly attributed to the Corporate Manslaughter Act – introduced in April – under which employers can be prosecuted for failing to adequately protect staff.

Policing minister Tony McNulty admitted yesterday that carrying knives was getting into teenagers’ ‘collective DNA’.

Peter Warren, managing director of the Body Armour Company, said he sold 10,000 vests last year and orders had increased by half in the past six months.

His most popular item is a Home Office-approved vest, worn under clothing, which costs from £300.

He added: ‘A lot of kids are going to schools with knives now. If you’re a teacher and you’re separating a fight, you want some protection.

‘Over the last six months, it has been gathering pace and I have been getting a lot of phone calls from frightened members of the public.’

 – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – # – #

Lets (as we should) examine this.

There is virtually NO blame on the politicians. Lets take it from 1979. We have had 2 parties rule for nearly 30 years with just two people taking up about 21 years of that 30 year period. The almost 30 year period is long enough to cover a lot of the ages of those doing these stabbings and carrying knives.

Fact is, both of these miserable political parties are responsible for the way the country has progressed socially since about. THEY are largely responsible for what we see today. Why are people not accusing them of such? If the direction of society was in general thought of as having become better, the politicians would be sputtering all the time of how it was they which were behind this success, just as Brown/bLiar and Thatcher (in her own way) took credit for what they believed was economic improvement, but then Brown/bLiar blamed the rest of the world for the ‘downturn’. Forget for a minute how the FSA and government in general allowed banks to practice fractional reserve banking and then in conventional thought, gamble all your money away in crazy schemes at YOUR expense and for THEIR profit, and how the government bailed out these private businesses in a number of ways to the tune of about £100 billion.

Forget also how those once again evil ‘Saudi’s’ force up the price of ‘our’ oil (actually theirs), when its largely speculators in places like the City of London and the government which taxes fuel to about 70% . Once again, it’s not the government that’s to blame.  Oh no. Don’t don’t even start down the path that says the UK and US government prop up that regeine in Arabia in the first place.

{P.S. Lets feel sorry for queen Elizardbeth. Isn’t it timely the old bat shares our financial pain. Lets not sac Buck palace then.}

 Right, back to knives…

In exactly the same way that the problem of knives (actually only a problem if people initiate knive use in disputes/attacks etc) becomes worse and harder to solve when kids think if THEY carry a knife it will offer them some protection, then so will the governments apparent ‘solution’ to knife use by offering body armour. Now knife users will ‘gain a combatitive advantage’ if both parties are armed with knives but only one wears body armour.

The problem will harden. Its like the arms race but on an individual level. One ‘advancement’ fosters a countermeasure and so the problem spirals, leading to the kind of annihilation potential we see today.

But of course our wise intelligent and fantastic politicans and civil servants such as those in the LGA thought about this and didn’t engage in knee-jerk endangering reactionism. They never do that.

And does anyone else find that verbal diohrea fortress of intellectualism Tony McNulty’s comments:

“carrying knives was getting into teenagers’ ‘collective DNA’.”
– Tony McNulty

highly spooky? I do for a number of reasons.

TODAY 3 years ago a terrorist attack took place which killed at least 52 lives. If mass murdering scum Tony bLiar hadn’t lied and spun his nasty little ass off to engage in a war that’s killed over 1 million Iraqi people, it would probably never of happened. It was YOU Mr. Bliar no matter what the real version of events were on that day, YOU bear direct responsibility for their deaths and all the others you slaughter overseas.

Prepare for Hell Thatcher, Major, Bliar and Brown, for there, you will see real action on the causes of crime.

I have just followed up a link to a Rachel North ‘exposed’ website. The link was posted on StefZ’s website and points here:

There is text there taken from a blog post I made about Rachel North.

One bit that I instantly recognised was this

Jon then talks to Rachel North. Rachel recounts of her experience in the bomb train (Piccadilly line) which she boarded at Finsbury park. Rachel says “I felt this huge {pause} POWER smashing me to the floor.”

Ooooh Rachel that was close. Were the words ‘heat blast’ or ‘fireball’ on the tip of your tongue then? Rachel, do be careful. Remember, there’s a conspiracy to ignore.

But wait, what’s this? Rachel says “The air was thick with smoke” Hummm. Interesting. SMOKE. Something’s burning right? What causes smoke? Heat or fire, for example incendiaries – incendiary explosives. Why and I talking about fireballs, smoke and incendiaries? Well, because TATP, the supposed explosive used, doesn’t give off flames or significant heat when it explodes. Oh dear Rachel…. I’m not saying your lying,

It comes from my post entitled:

“Mad yelling wild eyed loons.”

by lwtc247 @ 18. Jun 2007 – 05:38:42

on my blog.

I want to say: I have nothing to do with that rachel-north-liar-and-charletane blog at all. Even if the author/s of rachel-north-liar-and-charletane share exactly the same opinions as me, or otherwise, I don’t want people using what I write of think about her, to be spun into some kind of critique that my words not meant for.

My views on RN are perfectly clear. I am not ashamed for thinking what I do about her. I have written how I feel about her and directly to her (waiting now to hear back from her saying she’s never ever commnicated with me – as she does) But I don’t like the way my comments are used on that website. I am also perfectly willing to junk my opinion of her should I come across information which shows my current belief about her to be wrong. {been waiting a long long time!}

If my comments were referenced to my website and it was clear my commentary was my own opinion at the time of writing, then fine… but it doesn’t.

It gives the impression I am a co-author or contributor or in some way connected to that site which I am not.

There. The record is put straight.

Here’s a comment I just sent them:

You have lifed text from my website about Rachel North (e.g. when she talks with Jon Ronson about the explosion on ‘her’ carraige) and woven them into your website as if it is your own work.

Whether or not I share the same opinion Re: Rachel North as you do. I do not want you to use my stuff unreferenced and in this fashion.

Please quote me and make sure you state what I write is my personal opinion about Rachel.

Oh dear Ray Lewis

The very greasy pole (and bent of immorality) claims another victim. Quelle surprize!

Ray Lewis falls victim to the game of indulging ones-self with political and financial power, causing the all too familiar whitening process to occur.

Another white man in black mans skin to throw out into the history books that will never be written.

Waiting for the Ray Lewis tootpaste – word has it it’s cheaper than ‘Obama fresh’.

Update 5 (6th June 2009):
The spike in people coming here for news/commentary about the Gabriel Ferez and Laurent Bonomo case has been noticed. Two men have been found guilty of killing the two young French biochemists. I really have little to add, I’ve not followed the trial and been too busy on other things. Other places carry stories that they were working on H5N1, but I think that’s very hard to assert and I know of no source that can confirm that. It could well be I’m wrong and I haven’t been looking in the right places. But that’s how I see things as of this moment. It is deeply suspicicous that official statements were given saying items were stolen – how did they know what possessions Ferez and Bonomo had? It’s not hard to imagine the police could have asked someone but if they did I wnat to know WHO did they ask and why? Why were the murders NEVER treated as a political crime? I will end this update by saying I am annoyed at people quoting/pasting what I wrote, but don’t link to it’s source. I’m not hungry for readship (these days, I’m used getting about <100 reads per day)  but my words should be sourced here for the prupose of validification and vertification of the truth if nothing else.

Update 4:
Trying to get more news about this weird and savage muder and investigation, I came across an American Free Press article Here which is very conspiratorial. I don’t dismiss it, that would be nuts given the global murders the Israyhelli’s are involved with. But how AmFP know this info deserves to be questioned.

Update 3:
The WordPress log reveals this post is commonly referenced. Since the horrific killings of Gabriel Ferez and Laurent Bonomo the press has been surprizingly quiet about it, given the savagery of what they went through. There is a legal case against two men arrested and tried with the murders. They deny murdering the French students. The BBC has filed a report about it Friday, 21 November 2008 CLICK HERE (11:15 GMT)

Update 2:

Press Assoc. – 55 minutes ago. Source here. A man is appearing in court charged with the double murder of French students Gabriel Ferez and Laurent Bonomo. Unemployed Nigel Edward Farmer, 33, of no fixed address, will appear at Greenwich Magistrates’ Court. A nobody huh? Hummmm. Whats the bet he’s a junkie and would do anything for a fix and responds to certain audio visual and olefactory cues????

He is also charged with arson and attempting to pervert the course of justice, a spokeswoman said. Lucky he turned himself in to spend the rest of hi life in jail huh?

A 35-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman have also been arrested in connection with the students’ deaths, Scotland Yard said. A police spokesman said: “The two people arrested – a 35-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman – were arrested at an address in Streatham. “Both were taken to a South London police station, where they remain in custody.”

Detectives arrested Farmer after he walked into Lewisham police station in the early hours of Monday morning. He was initially taken to hospital under guard for treatment to serious burns to his hands and arms. Hummm. He overcomes two men, can tie them up stab them to death (and afterwards) yet burnt his arms… Hummmm. Just as well he’s a nobody. Afterall, there’s no reason to check out this story now is there?

The badly-burned bodies of the two 23-year-old students were found after an explosion at a rented bedsit in New Cross. Mr Bonomo was stabbed nearly 200 times, up to 80 of the wounds inflicted after he was dead, while Mr Ferez suffered nearly 50 knife wounds. As you do – you know.

Update: On the story of the murder of Laurent Bonomo and Gabriel Ferez unravelling in the media, yesterday the MSM reported “Bonomo and Ferez may have been playing computer games“. When I first heard it, I was scratching my head at this ‘huh???’ bit of newz leakage to the MSM, but what do you know, a day later we see why that trivial crap bit of speculation dribbled out, because now we are told the theft of games consoles is an underlying issue.

Just like the insane number of stab wounds instantly made me think it was a discussion to get tongues wagging on an issue of no importance.

The two were bio-engineering students from the Polytech’ at Clermont-Ferrand university who had recently started a three-month research placement at Imperial College, London.

They were enrolled on the university’s research opportunities programme, which allows students who have not yet graduated from their Masters degrees to take part in research. Their project involved cleansing proteins within DNA. Mr Bonomo had until recently been president of the student body at the Polytech’.

The bio-chemistry students had been at Imperial College for two months.

“I would not say this was a professional attack. I would say it was a frenzied, horrible, horrific attack.

Imperial College’s Rector, Sir Roy Anderson, said: “Laurent and Gabriel had bright futures ahead of them and it is dreadful that their lives should end so soon.”

The emergency services were called after residents reported an explosion in Sterling Gardens on Sunday night.

Mr Ferez, who lived at another south London address, was visiting his close friend Mr Bonomo when the attack took place.

Mr Duthie said Mr Bonomo was known to be alive in the early hours of Sunday morning because he spoke to his girlfriend in France.

Police said Mr Bonomo, of Velaux, and Mr Ferez, of Prouzel, studied in Clermont-Ferrand, central France, and had been chosen to take part in a three-month research project into chains of protein within DNA at Imperial College.
