Pakistan flood relief

At what point should one say “The murderous Pakistanti army should FIRST have all (or a significant proportion of) it’s finding diverted to help the poor ordinary people of Pakistan before one donates aid”?

I remember the terrible landslides a few years ago? What did the Pakistani govt do? Retained max funding for it’s horrible army and let the poor people starve, scrounging international aid.

If you know otherwise, let me know.

If one applies the golden rule, the answer is revealed.

We would want people to help us, irrespective of whether ‘our’ army was oppressing us or not. So help the people and curse the dirty scum that order them to kill the citizens.
