The BBC newz (newz, ‘cos it certainty ain’t news) and current department really turns my stomach. Medialens [1, 2, 3] amongst others has consistently uncovered the filth (my words, not their) that gets passed off as journalism, and not only that, but insanely the worlds best journalism – so they would have us believe]. Far from the pinnacle of journalism, it’s the pinnacle of propaganda and downright lies.

Here’s an article stolen from: http://landdestroyer.blogspot.mx/2012/07/bbc-rides-with-al-qaeda-in-aleppo-syria.html (thanks to ICH for publicising it]

BBC Rides with Al Qaeda in Aleppo, Syria

BBC Covers Up War Crimes – Misleads Over Syrian Security Operations.
by Tony CartalucciUpdate: Indeed BBC did not see “MIGs” bombing Aleppo, though it appears they weren’t even anti-tank SU-25’s but rather training aircraft. Aero L-39 Albatros are also not even “Russian-made” as the BBC claimed. The article below has been amended to reflect this information. Read here for more

July 25, 2012 – When big lies must be told, BBC is there. From Iraq to Afghanistan to Libya and now Syria, BBC has paved the way for Western disinformation meant to mange public perception around a war the public would otherwise never support or tolerate.

The BBC, caught on record producing entire “documentaries” on behalf of corporate-financier interests, has already been caught in immense lies regarding the NATO-fueled destabilization of Syria. This includes the disingenuous use of photos from Iraq, to depict a so-called “massacre” in the village of Houla, Syria.

Now, as NATO’s Al Qaeda mercenaries operating under the banner of the so-called “Free Syrian Army” flow over the Turkish-Syrian border in an attempt to overrun the city of Aleppo, BBC is there, attempting to manipulate the public’s perception as the conflict unfolds.

BBC’s Ian Pannell admits he rode with a convoy of milatnt fighters into Aleppo at night. He claims many are desperate for the FSA to succeed, “clamoring for freedom denied by their president,” but concedes many others fear an “Islamic takeover” and sectarian “division and bloodshed.” The latter of course, is self-evident, while the former is the repeated, unfounded mantra of the Western media used to cover up the latter.

Pannell poses amongst staged settings, claiming a single burning tire equates to a barricade set up by the militants (see more on the use of burning tires as propaganda here and here). He concedes that militants are taking to the rooftops with sniper rifles in the districts they claim they control – begging one to wonder where else terrorist snipers have been, and how many “sniper” deaths have been mistakenly blamed on the government.

Covering Up FSA War Crimes

Pannell then attempts to cover up serious war crimes committed by the FSA militants he is traveling with, claiming that men the FSA arbitrarily rounded up while “seeking revenge” were “suspected Shabiha,” harking back to Libya’s NATO-backed terrorist death squads rounding up and killing Libya’s black communities in orgies of sectarian genocide – which outlets like the BBC defended as simply rebels targeting “suspected African mercenaries.” Pannell papers over what he just reported with the unqualified claim that there is “little justice” on either side. What became of the FSA’s victims is not revealed.

Image: From BBC’s Ian Pannell – young men “suspected” of being “Shabiha” are rounded up as the FSA “seeks revenge.” BBC fails categorically to explain how NATO-backed terrorists can “liberate” a city that is admittedly pro-government – but it appears it will be done through terrorism, brutality, mass murder, and intimidation.

….

BBC reporter Ian Pannell’s failure to report on the war crimes he admitted witnessing, smacks of endorsement and complicity – an attempt to preserve the romanticism the West has desperately tried to associate with their FSA death squads. Pannell’s report also confirms earlier descriptions of widespread atrocities committed by the so-called “Free Syrian Army.”

In Libya, when the government of Muammar Qaddafi collapsed, and as Libyan terrorists overran the last of the nation’s security forces, entire cities of Libya’s blacks were overrun, their populations either mass-murdered, imprisoned, or forced to flee to refugee camps. These are people who had lived in Libya for generations. A similar fate awaits Syrians should NATO prevail.

BBC Confirms Syrian Army Use of Heavy Weapons ARE Proportional to FSA Threats

Pannell’s propaganda in Aleppo continues, where he admits FSA militants possess tanks they allegedly “captured” from the Syrian military, but then, showing video of what is either an anti-tank SU-25 aircraft or an Aero L-39 Albatros training jet, rolling in with machine guns, claims it marks a “dramatic escalation” and a sign of “desperation.”

Image: From BBC’s Ian Pannell -FSA tanks are positioned in or around Aleppo, according to BBC. The myth that NATO-backed militants are “lightly armed” is unraveling as they attempt to take on large cities flush with cameras and media from both sides. Eager propagandists attempting to portray victories have more than once shown “captured tanks” in the hands of militants. Heavy militant weapons beget heavy government weapons.

….

In reality the Syrian army is using force directly proportional to the threats NATO-backed militants have presented. Tanks and heavy weapons mounted on trucks, also featured in the BBC report, are legitimate targets for government heavy weapons. The precision an SU-25 lends the battlefield versus heavy artillery bombardments when neutralizing FSA heavy weapons is the only conceivable way to minimize civilian casualties.

Images: (Top) From BBC’s Ian Pannell – BBC and other Western media outlets have claimed “MIGs” are bombing Aleppo’s civilian populations. This all based on a single “tweet” made by BBC’s Ian Pannell. Pannell now reports this video depicts what he saw – which in reality is either an anti-tank SU-25 or Aero L-39 deploying machine guns, not bombs, versus what Pannell already admits are FSA heavy weapons, not civilian populations. (Bottom) Several orthographic views of the SU-25 and Aero L-39 for comparison.

….

And as the Western media is so found of reminding its viewers, Aleppo is decidedly pro-government, and pro-President Bashar al-Assad. Therefore to indiscriminately use disproportionate force serves no purpose for the Syrian government, who has gone through extraordinary lengths and placed its soldiers at great risk to minimize damage to the city and its inhabitants – a city and population that serves both an important role economically and culturally for all Syrian people.

Remember Fallujah, Iraq

A government is put in a difficult position when armed gangs enter a city “seeking revenge” as BBC’s Ian Pannell puts it, when these gangs have trucks mounted with heavy weapons as well as tanks in their possession. For the West, to berate the Syrian government and portray its security operations as unmitigated “brutality” is disingenuous at best, especially considering the militants are there solely because of years of financial, military, and political support from the US, Israel, and the Gulf State despots.

File:US Navy 041108-M-8205V-006 An air strike is called in on a suspected insurgent hideout at the edge of Fallujah, Iraq by U.S. Marines assigned K Company, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, during the openin.jpg

Image: Western hypocrisy – Fallujah, Iraq in 2004 was bombarded by artillery and airstrikes for weeks leading up to the final invasion. When over 10,000 troops entered the city, they were accompanied by tanks, and supported by heavy artillery and airstrikes. When the West is subjugating others, heavy weapons seems acceptable – but not when another nation attempts to defend itself from admittedly Western-backed terrorists.

….

The West might want to also revisit the lessons it learned from flattening the Iraqi city of Fallujhah, twice. The US bombarded the city for weeks prior to its final invasion in 2004, where over 10,000 troops entered with heavy artillery and air support. Apparently it is acceptable for the West to subjugate others using such tactics, but nations are prohibited from using similar tactics to defend themselves. The Syrian uprising was a foreign-plot stretching back as far as 2007, foreign militants admittedly flowing over the border from across the Arab World, admittedly armed and funded by the US, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

The Battle of Fullujah is considered a notch in the belt of Western military prowess, while the West condemns Syria’s attempts to defend one of its most important cities from foreign-subversion and destruction. While NATO believes it can still win the geopolitical battle it is waging against the Syrian people, it has already long lost the battle for moral superiority.

When is fear and panic, fury?

When it’s the pathetic BBC inventing words in assistance to the hands that feed it – the hell bound regime currently occupying Palestine.

Update: Afterwards, you would do well to read Al Jazeera’s Ayman Mohyeldin (Middle East Correspondent) about this issue: http://blogs.aljazeera.net/middle-east/2009/12/15/true-lies or http://tinyurl.com/yduz875

The BBC headlines :

Israel fury at UK’s Livni warrant” – What fury? Which one of the Ziofreak child killers said the word “fury/furious”? This word ‘fury’ ONLY appears in the headline! None of the Zioscum are quoted as saying it. The BBC is putting words into their foul mouths. The unusual use of the word fury is to make it look as if Israyhell has incurred some serious unjust action. The BBC’s reporting is ropey ar the best of times and when it’s about the US administration, it’s sickening but when it’s about Israyhell it’s positively corrupt.

Here’s a screenshot I took from the BBC’s ME page.

Interesting that

I know what this is, it’s a total coincidence that there it’s kind of like the Union Jack flag. Slippy tZippy standing in front of the stupid British flag bringing a level of ‘association’ of her to the UK – making her one of us.

Can you imagine if the very twisted David Milliband was a Muslim and that some Muslim country somewhere had killed 410 children for him to interfere with the British legal system in order that the killers of those kids got off scott free?. There would be nationwide uproar. Milliband would be sacked and probably stand no chance of winning a seat in the next election.

But twisted Milliband is Jewish, so anything goes.

David Milliband. The idiot schoolboy British Foreign Secretary who’s Zionist
slaveishness, does not play any part whatsoever in how he directs British foreign policy.
Well that’s what he would say so let’s believe him shall we, and all the other Zionists
in the UK
.

Millibandit again…

– Lets take another look at BBC mind manipulation coincidence…

Notice “Israel and the Palestinians” – No mention of Palestine. That’s right, there is a bunch of people called Palestinians IN Israyhell. Bah humbug. That is coincidence too, it’s not that the BBC presstitutes have mentally sterisised their own minds to come up with disgraceful little tricks like that. Oh no.

These Ziofreaks should face a court of international law for their actions, the consequences of a guilty verdict resulting in them being hung. But that’s not going to happen. The UK is a dastardly slave to and supporter of Israyhell.

You (UK) pay a TV licence fee to cover the cost of lost revenue from potential advertisters

I heard this ‘arguement’ time and time again when I lived in the UK. In the past perhaps that was true, but certainly not now.

I went here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/8071021.stm Page last updated at 01:16 GMT, Thursday, 28 May 2009 02:16 UK “Ocean monster shows hidden depths” and there was an video on offer with a picture of some mechanical hand presumably operating in the deep ocean.

I clicked on it and all I got an advert for the Philippines. This thing has happened before. I got some Hyundai advert constantly appearing where some BBC article related footage should have been. I refreshed the page and again the ‘underwater’ still frame showed, but this time on clicking the ‘play’ button, all I got now was a Cathay Pacific advert.

This is terrible. I suspect the BBC are deliberately misleading readers to click adverts in the pretence that they will see something interesting instead.

If I am wrong and the BBC has a ‘code’ problem, why is it that there is never a problem with showing the adverts but there is showing their footage?

The adverts are increasing as are the dreadful scams played out upon their readers, yet the BBC licence fee never gets smaller.

Throw the BBC into the drain where it belongs. Boycott the rubbish licence. Don’t let inspectors enter your home.

BBC supports scorched earth

In its continuing propaganda frenzy, the BBC this time, spends effort to support a scorched earth policy and to beguile you into condoning it too: the ‘scorched earth policy’ is that being carried out by the slimy and corrupt US puppet Pakistani “leadership”.

With tanks, artillery and airstrikes, the army is trying to clear villages, towns and roads of militants, attempting to drive the Taleban from the sanctuaries they have occupied.

Once each village or town is taken, bulldozers move in, flattening houses so the Taleban cannot sneak back and occupy them again.”source

Do you see the mind games at play here? Well, can you? Read it again if you didn’t notice it. Go on, it’s important! The BBC ‘only’ mentions “villages” and “towns (via use of the word ‘each’)” – yes! towns, not a few houses in a town, not a few streets in a town, not even a town, but complete and whole “towns”. It does so in the context with what it calls ‘the Taleban’. The other association links ‘Taliban’ with ‘sneaking’, inculcating a picture of Taleban and malevolence. And the icing on the cake of all these dangling carrots is, the use of the word ‘again’. Slam dunk! because it is hoped in your mind now you have the impression ONLY the Taliban occupy buildings/villages/towns initially, and that if these villages and towns were not destroyed, the Taleban would return.

It is an outrageous and hideous lie. An example of the most appalling standards of journalism I have ever witnessed from this deplorable and deceitful corporation, although Saddams Bomb is perhaps its equal. The inhabitants of villages are most likely to comprise mostly of women and children compared to men and far outweigh Taliban men. That a whole town, let alone village, is made up of Taliban is a disgraceful conspiracy.

What complete bastards!

Thousands of poor people, likely to be far better human beings than you or I, have already been displaced by Pakistani puppets who wait for their next 10% pay cheque, and many of them have been killed (see https://lwtc247.wordpress.com/2008/10/12/a-deadly-deception/)

If you don’t feel angry and ashamed at what they wrote, you seriously need to examine your sense of justice and fair play.

And when people are killed, either by US airstrikes or puppet Pakistani troops killing fellow Muslims – again far worthier then themselves, the BBC doesn’t relent; automatically issuing reports that ‘Al Qaeda/Militants’ were killed. They know this becasue the slain Taliban carries an ID card that says “If I die, this is just to let you know I am an Al Qaeda militant – don’t ya know”

Just before the Beeb sanctions the destrictuon of villages and towns, it said:

“Bit by bit, and at huge cost, territory is being seized back”

Yet again we witness the total non-questioning methodology of  “BBC journalism”. This time spoon fed by the Pakistani department of war and propaganda. The BBC clearly sees its role to act as a mouthpiece for a unified moral-less hegemonic fascism, largely going under the recognisible umbrella of globalisation. it also synthesises the false impression that that Pakistan ‘lost’ the territory in the first place.

Again outrageous.

If you don’t think the BBC is pumping sewage into your brain, aren’t you just a little bit flummoxed at how there are numerous reports from Afghanistan, whereby the Taliban are said to have successfully pushed the invading vermin (Coalition of the killing) into relatively small restricted areas, yet the Pakistani army (which drains money away from the countries economy leaving millions hungry, homeless and on the edge of life itself) somehow is achieving unique success???

The ooze simply doesn’t stop…

“First they have struck back near the Khyber Pass, hijacking and burning trucks driving towards the Afghan border.”

“trucks” huh? What kind of trucks? Trucks owned by Iqbal the rice merchant? Trucks containing medical supplies carried by the Red Crescent? Trucks carrying a family of refugees feeling from the Pakistani army who have just destroyed their, sorry, ‘a Taleban town’? Trucks carrying supplies for the US military? Do you really think ALL trucks are being targeted (along with the tactical pitfalls such persistent operations would entail) or do you think it is certain trucks? Come on THINK FOR YOURSELF. The BBC creates the impression any truck is game.

The BBC plays another card, telling us of one trucker, “Haji Haghaley” who the beeb says was hit by the Taliban. This is possible, but I refuse to discount the possibility that the Pakistani army or even US/NATO forces themselves were the ones who fired upon him. We know the US (and it’s wannabe’s) shoot-to-kill first, then try to cover up later. How is it known the bullet came from a “Taliban” and not someone else – like a common bunch of nomadic criminals trying to steal the goods? And they had to pick a Haji didn’t they? (A Muslim that has done the Hajj – one of the 5 central rituals every Muslim must try and do, and is generally regarded as being a ‘devout Muslim’). “Haji Haghaley” is there to give the appearance that pious Muslims are trucking US supplies through Pakistan, and therefore, it’s what ‘good Muslims’ do. You are supposed to get from all this that the Taliban are a bunch of mean killers who shoot at other Muslims, therefore, Muslims of the world: the Taleban are YOUR enemy too!

Anyway, who determines what a Taleban is or isn’t, naturally enough, this question isn’t qualified because it’s simply a tool to be used for the purposes of fear and propaganda. They don’t never show mercenaries driving these trucks and pointing to ambiguous holes and they NEVER describe those killed alleged Taleban as being Haji’s.

I am running out of negative words to describe the BBC, such is the frequency of its brainwashing output, of which I only have limited amounts of time to point out.

Sadly the mindless Zombies populating the UK swallow much of what at vile newz (newz ‘cos it aint no news!) organisation spews out. I am ashamed to be British – a title people thoght meant something respectable, but, I am immensely proud to be ashamed.

The propaganda level in that “report” would put Goebbels to shame,

Dear people, reject this toxic spittle that enters your eyes, ears and brain. We can be something better, we just need to wake up see the monster dancing in front of us, taunting us in our blindness. This current path of hegemonic domination and oppression is madness. It’s not the way things are supposed to be.

Life should be an adventure of discovery, happyness and love. Why are we letting it be anything but?

You have to admit it’s getting better, it’s getting better all the time

So goes one of the lines from the worlds best Album. The Beatles album: Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, an album which often features highly in numerous “best ever” albums.

Beatles magic.

Music trivia aside, what exactly is getting better?

The wording from the ministry of propaganda – the BBC of course.

The conflict, which began with Georgia’s military offensive into the de-facto region to reclaim it by force, resulted in the loss of 2,000 lives and the displacement of 40,000 people.

So it is getting better, but could be better still! Have I detected a shift from outright lies becasue many of the intelligent public didn’t swallow the BBC (and other corporate media) crap by default? The clear attempts by the BBC to lie and unnecessary demomize Russia have failed miserably and now the BBC is trying to pull itself back (and failing) from its plummeting path of irrelevance and rejection by the worlds thinking people.

Not that the BBC wont repeat the same vile propaganda when the next opportunity arises of course.

BBC sterilized Operation Gladio and massacre of 85 people

Operation Gladio is a very powerful example of how the state uses terror against it’s own civillians, civillians of friendly states and innocent people in general.

I implore you to read up on it and seriously reflect on its implications. Then read this lobbox:

Yeah I’m trying to project some negativism on it, ‘cos what else does it deserve for ignoring the 1980 Bologne bomb that killed 85 people and wounded more than 200.
