I returned to the UK today to be astonished by private confirmation from within the FCO that the UK government has indeed decided – after immense pressure from the Obama administration – to enter the Ecuadorean Embassy and seize Julian Assange.

This will be, beyond any argument, a blatant breach of the Vienna Convention of 1961, to which the UK is one of the original parties and which encodes the centuries – arguably millennia – of practice which have enabled diplomatic relations to function. The Vienna Convention is the most subscribed single international treaty in the world.

The provisions of the Vienna Convention on the status of diplomatic premises are expressed in deliberately absolute terms. There is no modification or qualification elsewhere in the treaty.

Article 22

1.The premises of the mission shall be inviolable. The agents of the receiving State may not enter
them, except with the consent of the head of the mission.
2.The receiving State is under a special duty to take all appropriate steps to protect the premises
of the mission against any intrusion or damage and to prevent any disturbance of the peace of the
mission or impairment of its dignity.
3.The premises of the mission, their furnishings and other property thereon and the means of
transport of the mission shall be immune from search, requisition, attachment or execution.

Not even the Chinese government tried to enter the US Embassy to arrest the Chinese dissident Chen Guangchen. Even during the decades of the Cold War, defectors or dissidents were never seized from each other’s embassies. Murder in Samarkand relates in detail my attempts in the British Embassy to help Uzbek dissidents. This terrible breach of international law will result in British Embassies being subject to raids and harassment worldwide.

The government’s calculation is that, unlike Ecuador, Britain is a strong enough power to deter such intrusions. This is yet another symptom of the “might is right” principle in international relations, in the era of the neo-conservative abandonment of the idea of the rule of international law.

The British Government bases its argument on domestic British legislation. But the domestic legislation of a country cannot counter its obligations in international law, unless it chooses to withdraw from them. If the government does not wish to follow the obligations imposed on it by the Vienna Convention, it has the right to resile from it – which would leave British diplomats with no protection worldwide.

I hope to have more information soon on the threats used by the US administration. William Hague had been supporting the move against the concerted advice of his own officials; Ken Clarke has been opposing the move against the advice of his. I gather the decision to act has been taken in Number 10.

There appears to have been no input of any kind from the Liberal Democrats. That opens a wider question – there appears to be no “liberal” impact now in any question of coalition policy. It is amazing how government salaries and privileges and ministerial limousines are worth far more than any belief to these people. I cannot now conceive how I was a member of that party for over thirty years, deluded into a genuine belief that they had principles.

Mikel and Nina Malyshev’s family have been told by the UK Border Agency that they have been moved from Yarls Wood to an undisclosed location before deportation to Uzbekistan tomorrow. The UK government continues to refuse to acknowledge the terrible human rights situation in Uzbekistan in general, or the fate that awaits the Malyshevs in particular. No reply has to date been received to a fax to the European Court of Human Rights asking for a suspension.

Please take action – contact your MP, and contact William Hague and Teresa May. The UK government cannot be allowed to continue to pretend that it does not know about the human rights situation in Uzbekistan.

Please repost this and my appeal yesterday on any website on which you can.

UPDATE

Could someone kindly give Amnesty International a call and see if they will urgently contact the British government on this one? They have run cases recently against Uzbeks being deported back from the Ukraine and from Kazakhstan. I have to dash to a meeting on another asylum case.

Further involvement of the British state in the callous ruining of lives today. Mikel and Nina Malyshev have been taken to Yarlswood Detention Centre and will be deported to probable imprisonment and torture in Uzbekistan on Friday 21 October.

The Home Office continues to insist in asylum cases that there is no human rights problem in Uzbekistan. But no serious authority outside government doubts that Uzbekistan is one of the worst human rights abusers in the world. Unfortunately the lives of Mikel and Nina Malyshev are to be sacrificed to the British government’s agreement with the Karimov regime to provide transit for supplies to the British military in Afghanistan.

It is noticeable that, since the current British government came to power, no government minister or official, nor the British Ambassador to Uzbekistan, has made a single reference to Uzbekistan’s terrible human rights abuses, including over 10,000 political prisoners, absolutely no free media or assembly, banning of all opposition parties, millions of children used as forced slave labour and torture and extra-judicial killing on a massive scale.

In fact such is the British government’s enmity towards the people of Uzbekistan I am afraid that Mikel and Nina will be sacrificed without a thought. They have been living around Swansea for years as valued members of the local community. They have not claimed state benefits and have done much voluntary work. Nina’s daughter is today in labour, brought on early by her mother’s detention. The total number of Uzbek asylum seekers in the UK is in the low dozens, escaping the cruelest regime on earth. I understand and share indignation at fake asylum seekers, but we should be deeply ashamed at our vicious attitude to genuine cases like this.

Please send messages to your own MP, to William Hague and to Teresa May, via this website. You may help save a life.

You may also wish to send a message to their own MP, Hywell Francis, who yesterday refused to help, saying “Haven’t I done enough already?” Not just cruel but lazy with it.

Craig Murray is temporarily out of order.

Craig has been suffering with flu but in addition to flu, he’s been suffering from general election fever, GEF for short.

In case you don’t know, GEF strikes approximately once every four and a half years. Symptoms include – but are not limited to; acute loss of mental function, affecting those parts of the brain responsible for, and involved in, the processing of history, projection, political analysis, reason, common sense, reality and criminal culpability. In studies of GEF victims, incidents of blindness are not uncommon.

GEF is quite contageous, affecting a surprizing number of people thought previously to have built up powerful imminuty against it. Research has suggested the existance of a gene that renders a small fraction of the population at increased risk of GEF ailment. Other studies show a clear link with a nurture-element to GEF, in that GEF can be self-induced, and this form, GEF is endemic amongst the population.

There is no pharmaceutical cure.

The prognosis is a worsening of the condition for a period of usually about three weeks. Sufferers are likely to show significant lasting effects as GEF causes a restructuring of the neural pathwats causing the sufferer to believe his (or her) actions remove them being criminally culpable for their actions. These effects, like the altered sense of reality can be permanent.

In a radical suggestion by non-remunerated analysts, GEF could be eradicated by mass conscious removal from the GE process. The supporting structure for GEF should collapse and offer the hope of long lasting benefit via prevention.

I can smell poo

And it’s coming from Craig Murray’s site!

No, not because it’s Craig making that smell, but because some of the things that are happening to him as outlined on his site absolutely stink!

I am refering to this ghastly UK puppetry pantomime of once “big bad” self labeled Muslims who didn’t actually do anything ‘radical’ – although they protest they were some kind of fundamanetal brigade (lol) and give the impression they could have killed us all in our beds. – A case of De’ja poo, non?

Anyway, Craig pointed something like that out (read his site for details, consider my description a teaser), in more eloquent words of course, and amazingly the Quillium foundation decided to use UK taxpayers money to try and sue Mr. Murray which if successful, is crafted in such a way as to reword the actors in the Quillium Foundation (very appropriate description I may add) will stand to pocket the swag, but not the foundation itself. Ho Ho! Christmas is coming and the goode is getting fat, please put millions of penny’s in Ed’ cap…

Add onto this that the directors of the Quillium Foundation, QF, or QuiFf {whichever you prefer} get something like £80,000 a year, well, it just bogggles the mind. << that figure is open to correction.

The Quillium foundation is in my opinion something akin to what one occasionally steps in.

I urge all people of reason and respect to treat the QuiFf like it should be treated, scraped off in ernest and disposed of carefully in a recpticle disposed to handle biological waste.

If you have taken the leap of bravery to stand beside men of valour dignity and courage such as Craig Murray (and personally I have significant political differences with Mr. Murray – but at times like this such things are irrelevant) then you might like to spread the word about the rather horrible lawyer’s acting with gusto against Mr. Murray and encourage others to desist from using that firm for any kind of business whatsoever. Think of them as the newspaper that now surrounds that stuff languishing in the aforementoned biological hazzard bin. Craig Murray is standing for Parliament.

Muslims like me are in a bit of a dilemma. There will be some policies and things Craig supports and will do as an MP (e.g. swear allegiance to the kween – elizardbeth regina II – a cold blooded killer) which are in opposition to my religious faith.

Should I not support him then?

I used to support George Galloway. However his daft continual conflation of Zionism with Judaism, and his pro-homosexuality stance (with regard to traditional faith based understanding of homosexuality) turned me off George. George has done wonders to help the Palestinian people, but from a faith perspective, his stance on homosexuality is wrong.

Craig murray is a libertarian. I pretty much suspect he too will be of a similar p.o.v. to Galloway. Before tempestuousness gets the better of you, I reject homosexuality because I believe that’s what God has decreed. I ain’t gonna argue against God, and submission to God’s will (despite my painful flaws and weaknesses) is a conclusion I’ve reached from thinking about life for many years already.

So is it wrong to support Murray?

Some Muslims argue that Yuseff (Joseph) worked for the Firaoun(pharaoh) so to engage in a non Islamic system of governship is ok, but people who state that are deadly silent when it comes to something like this “If an MP is elected to power due to our votes, and he then votes to (further) liberalise the gay laws, when aren’t we complicit in that? The same would be true of banking/interest and so on.

So while Mr. Murrary stands shoulders about the utterly appalling  bunch of killers and swine in the commons, is it OK to vote for him.

I bet if I ask some scholars they will say yes, yet if I ask other scholars they will say no. I can’t resolve the issue myself.

AA do not religiously indoctrinate in the usual sense of imposing a doctrine of fixed ideas (on people who are indeed very vulnerable). They offer a method for the alcoholic to gain control back over their selves and their lives.

I’m no expert but I believe this starts with admitting that they have no control over their problem and then handing over this problem to a ‘higher power’ (i.e. trusting ‘God’, whatever God is, to help them back to wholeness)

If you do not believe in the existence of a higher power then this approach will always look like a load of rubbish to you.

…..but all this religious language (and even faith itself) is just myriad ways that people have found of accessing and describing their own deepest nature.

If you want to understand the nature of any material substance you must put it under stress of every kind. Heat it, cool it, stretch it squash it, bombard it, break it etc. Then you know what a material is.

For humans too, it seems that the deepest self-revelations almost always occurs at times of greatest stress……when people come to ‘the end of the line’, in near-death experiences etc.

Bill Wilson had his encounter at the absolute nadir of his life. I, and millions like me, have had similar experiences. I felt the ecstasy, the saving grace, the absolute approval, the total acceptance, the wordless understanding. I don’t know what it was that came to me. Let me call it a brief experience of God’s presence. I am not experiencing this thing now, but I know this……It is ALL I want. Near-death experiencers often describe similar feelings and awareness. They are also usually transformed by the experience……in a good way.

Anyone who has been there can tell you that this was the most real experience a person can have…..and if it was real for me it is real for others and is therefore a revelation about our universal human nature….it is there just below the surface in everyone. When you are in this place the feeling of complete connectedness, that in some sense I AM you, the total absence of fear, the fabulous sense of empowerment change a person in a profound way. One gains the strength to accept oneself and deal constructively with one’s life.

Believers like me say there is a God and to offer this idea to our fellows is to offer liberation, self-empowerment and contentment…..not to trap them in a sinister destructive ‘cult’. (I don’t personally do any of this stuff by the way. I just try to defend ‘religious’ people against the Richard Dawkins of this world)

To imagine that people who go out into the world trying to propagate their faith are necessarily some kind of mind-controllers is a gross distortion and, perhaps, wishful thinking…….though it is true that religious nuts and some religious organisations have often abused true loving spirituality under the cover of religious ideas that they (presumably) profoundly misunderstand.

Christianity is under severe attack in this country.

This should not be surprising as the sublime teaching and demands of Christ represent the most serious threat there is to the mind-controlling social-engineering nexus that is feverishly busy trying to occupy (and corrupt)our hearts and minds.

It delivers its subtle tyranny via cod-rationalism, atheistic humanism, extreme permissiveness, legally enforced tolerance, compulsory procedures that are all about inputs not about the justifier ‘outputs’ that are mere pretexts put in place to conceal the real agenda……..that is to render society witless, faithless and helpless in the face of whatever the oligarchical powers that rule us want to deliver……or, more accurately, demand of us.

Only faith and the love of God can defeat these fiends.

Therefore we should rejoice because the battle has already been won in heaven. When humans stop listening to the propaganda and hear the music that sings in their hearts the battle will be won here on earth also.

When we talk of such things we must admit that in a literal sense we do not understand what we are talking about. We are trying to relate our sense of an extra-dimensional reality.

Talk of ‘God’ likewise…..

…….but even when we describe physics through mathematical language we are really dealing with mental models and ‘metaphors’. There really is no other kind of expressed reality when we try to describe our experience (i.e. something that really happened) because even if you state what is literally true (‘the car hit the wall’) this statement merely generates an image of the event in the consciousness of another. Everything is metaphor.

I have been hit by a car. Nothing too serious. My subjective experience of this incident remains in my consciousness. If I say that the ‘spiritual’ experience I tried to describe above is much more real and powerful in my consciousness then how should I talk about it?

I can admit that I don’t know what it was really. I know it was not merely psychological. Nor the subjective impression of an electro-chemical event……though it was these things too.

I believe that there is a loving affirming reality that exists within and beyond all things. I believe that the power of anything that opposes it is feeble by comparison. I know my own experience but can I claim to ‘know’ what I deduce from my own experience?

We are spiritual beings having a human experience. Our souls survive physical death. I reasonably hope be enveloped in the source of this ecstasy again after death as many people who have ‘died’ and returned claim to have done.

What kind of words must I use?

God?

Heaven?

They’ll have to do.

We are here to get as close to this reality as we can and to bring it to others and to direct our descendants towards it.

Truth, Love, Justice, Beauty?

Will that do?

Are these not the same thing?

Unfortunately, not for everyone….

…….so we surely must look for guidance, for context.

For me, Jesus Christ will have to do. He talked the talk and walked the walk. He identified the perils that threaten us all.

His spiritual guidance was delivered in parables.

Metaphorical enough?

His warnings about the world were timely then and they remain so now.

Do not tolerate the activities of the moneylenders, nor trust the scribes, nor Lawyers, nor Pharisees, those Luciferian priests, creators of the Talmud, who made themselves Gods and invented their own other-hating hegemonic ‘Law’.

If Christ came back he would surely return to preach universalism and save his same people from these same fiends.

We must pray for all who are deliberately wicked…..and love them….

….they can’t stand that….such treatment does not affirm their reality to them.

So mock all you like but,

literally true?

No…..what is?….almost nothing.

But absolutely true. Yes. A million times yes. The light will break through. We will see ourselves as we really are. The hearts of men will turn and make the world anew.

….and as you will surely understand, Craig, the more we believe it the more it is likely to happen.
