So then, the new “Caliphate”

Wow. It’s been so long since I’ve blogged. Missing Kev Boyles blog, http://kevboyle.blogspot.com/. Please Kev, if your reading this, resume blogging. I miss your insight and perceptions on things.

OK. So, to the punch, You want to hear a Muslims view (i.e. mine) on it this “Caliphate” made of ISIS / Al Nusra….

Well as a Muslim, I pine for a Caliphate. It is a body that will unite all Muslims (If so many Muslims weren’t do damn stupid that is) and hopefully boot that piece of Zionist trash into the garbage bin of history, while retaining the religious rights of Jews and Christians etc in the Holy Land. It would fight oppression wherever it found it and abandon the usury (riba) of this ridiculous fiat money that we use today. It would exercise compassion and place great stress on due process of law in which people accused of crimes would be given a fair trial with adequate representation. It would be universally welcomes by ALL truth and justice seekers. It would care for the environment and help the poor. It would denounce the Zionist NATO alliance, along with the IMF and UN, a filthy sham of an organisation which has facilitated the very things it pretends to lessen and claims global sovereignty when in fact it is Allah/God that is sovereign over all things. The Caliphate would be so damn good (even more so relative to the utter crap conventional (visual)governments we have today, that hundreds of thousands would see Islam for what it really is, and would join the fold.

So yeah, give me the Caliphate.

And it’s those very reasons above why this ISIS thing is a complete joke.

A contorted and perverted joke.

The people in this so called Caliphate collective are lying to themselves, believing that they are part of a glorious Muslim movement. In fact they are either massively dumb, psychopathics or massive egoists – doing what they do to look good in the eyes of their peers (my money’s on all three). In fact they are cowards not willing to detach themselves against the hideous things these so called ‘Caliphate supporters’ are doing, for example, slaughtering Christians, dispensing kangaroo justice through the barrel of a gun – shooting young boys for saying  he “wouldn’t give something to someone even if the prophet himself was present” and don’t forget those liver/heart eaters. These “army” harm the very people they should be protecting.

This is a Zionist Caliphate, one that curiously has no time for the Palestinians, their current bombardment and dispossession as well as the slow but steady destruction of Masjid Al Aqsa (Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem). In fact this Caliphate seem to be hearing in the exact opposite path from Zionist occupied Palestine.

As such I look forward to its passing, but certainly not the deliberate and wicked sectarianism that it is intended to cause or the Zionist led (lets be honest Zion controls US and UK foreign policy) destruction this Caliphate will provide an excuse for.

It is incredibly interesting to ponder upon where they all came from, how their numbers suddenly became significant to the point they could ‘spread’ into Iraq seemingly with virtually no resistance and with such speed, apparently without any ‘signals’ that it was coming. Funding, training, logistics, command structures.

Just what these Russian planes are supposed to do is beyond me. What’s the game there?

I have a feeling these people would at the drop of a hat take it upon themselves to instantly declare me, or any other Muslim/s that would not blindly follow them, a Kafir or a traitor to Islam to their Caliphate, and think nothing about disposing of me or others. I have absolutely no faith that these people are capable of implementing a proper Caliphate.

It’s a mess, a huge stinking butchering screaming mess, thanks in the main to Muslim stupidity – being so utterly self-deceiving that they choose not to see the Zionist strings yanking on them.

Criminalize War, Torture, Democracy, Iraq, 9-11 and some Jews

Two Zionists who called themselved Jews are in a Chinese restaturant in Manhatten. They discuss the diaspora but get stuck when it comes to China. They call the waiter who promptly makes his way to their table.

I heard that joke roughly as above, some time ago. It didn’t contain the word Zionists however, just Jews. I put the word Zionists in it because it is those people who call themselves Jews but are actually Zionists that I hate. There is a difference. But the traits of Zionism, turning a blind eye to the manufacture and propagation of Israyhell means (in my minds eye) that MOST Jews are bad Jews. The world has about 12-16M Jews (strangely the same number as before and after the holocaust if you warp your mind about that one – so report people accused of anti-semitism) and the number of them who support the theft and continual theft of Palestine are the majority.

There are great Jews however, Jews which could well be better in Gods ‘eyes’ than some Muslims, myself included, but these people are so few and far between. It is the Zionist killers, corporate and banking heads who themselves lay the claim to be Jews. Why then can this label not be used to identify them by? The answer is because it would include those great Jews I am deeply proud of. These Jews, a handful, protest against the creation of Israyhell and the Shaoh on it’s people. They research and denounce Zionist crimes against the Jews and they understand full well the threat these Zionists pose not just to Judaism, but monotheism and on an individual level, a threat to all people on the planet.

For it is the Zionist who call themselves Jews who pull the strings. George Galloway speaking yesterday the the Forum to Crimilalize War jumped on a great researcher, K. Gajendra Singh, an author who writes articles for www.informationclearinghouse.info [1] and http://www.uruknet.com/ [2] when Mr. Singh mentioned the Jews contol the banks (or did he say the media? – or both???). That statement was factually correct and Mr. Singh didn’t accuse “The Jews” of anything, yet George rather sharply took what was said as being an attack on all Jews. He said Jack Straw wasn’t Jewsish (I actually think he is) and Bush’s cabinet wasn’t Jewish (he mentioned about three – but avoided the Jewish ones that were in Bush’s cabinet) and I think he said Bush wasn’t a Jew and he did say Rupert Murdoch wasn’t a Jew. Well George, you don’t have to be Jewish to be a Zionist, which is intertwined with rank greed and power via corporatism. Just becasue ALL the string pullers don’t calim to be Jews, does not in any way mean they don’t work to the favout of the Zionists…. And they DO work in tandem with Zionists as they share common perspectives in the sence that they have a perverted superiority complex which not only breeds high aggorgance amongst their circle {or inverted pentagon}, but invites dislike and hatred upon them. And rightly so!

George doesn’t do well for himself when he rapidly starts cautioning people for using the Jew word, as he sometimes takes it out of context. George also can quickly spin peoples words into directions they did not mean.

As for democracy, GG himself is on record as saying the tories and labour are two cheecks of the same arse yet advocates Democracy (presumably based on a sililar style – perhaps with PR) as the best solution. Yet he said when defending himself for not voting for Cynthia McKinney (GG suppoted Kuchinicg in the primaries, then Obama in the 3 horse run off) as he said his choice was ‘rael politik’. So George defeated his own arguement about voting. He would of course say Vote for the alternative aprties, such as Respect Renewal, but applying his logic, voters should vote Tory or NeoLabour instead as only they have the chance of getting in. So the procedure of democracy will simply elect the one head of a two headed beast.

The modern record shows, voteing out one piece of scum like Bush and electing a new piece of scum like Obama, that democracy as we know it is bankrupt.

I advocate an end to the party system. I think this would go a long way to solving the problem. Some Muslims shriek at ‘democracy’ and they have a point. According to ‘western’ democracy, man can make the forbidden, legal e.g. homosexual sex, Mercy killings, Abortion and I would dare say, pre-emptive strikes too! But Muslims are surely aware that a council elected the Kalifah. One could say there was some democracy there, and even say if democracy was offered, then rejected again, then that too is democracy as the ‘peoples’ desire not to have what we know of democracy is actually a democratic choice.

Well as usual, I am falling asleep at this computer and I must end here. I’ll correct the usual poor language later, and try soon to give more feedback on the  Criminalize War and Tribunal, although I would like to end by saying Sami al-Hajj and Mozzamam Beig’s speeches today were both horrifying and excellent. There’s still 220 prisoners in Guantanamo and probably thousands more in US spearheaded hell holes across the world. 

Can’t sleep till I’ve mentioned the glorious Iraqi Resistance. It was good to hear them mentioned and some information given out as to their steadfastness and achievements. Most agreed to their legitimacy. Their cause it without question, one that is utterly justified. On day 1 of the conference JUBA the legendary sniper (false or whatever) had hsi name displayed on one of the slides.

I have to say the case to criminalize war was very powerful and comprehensive. Iraq is an utter nightmare by ALL accounts. The US and those who pull its strings want to leave a permanently sick people behind to man the oil pumps, but the noble Iraqi Resistance will never allow that.

Even 9-11 was discussed by Prof. Michel Chossudovsky and Ex-PM Tun Dr. Mahatir Mohammaed as being False Flags. Lauren Moret agreed and suggested other conspiracies too – vaccines and depopulation and DNA sabotage was mentioned, and Cynthia McKinney when she mentioned the counter intelligence programmes (COINTELPRO). Getting back to 9-11, Prof Chossudovsky mentioned the BBC (and CNN) news reporting WTC-7 collapsed 20 minutes before it did actially collapse (the Jane Standley reporter with Philip Hayton as anchor) and also “OBL in a Rawalpindi urology ward on 10th Sept 2001 – a place impossble not to meet CIA agents as anyone whose been to Rawalpindi will know” (near exact quote}

I think it was Moazzam Beig who said Africans were shipped from Africa to the American Hemisphere shackled in chains in the slave trade, but the same thing has happened again with the Guantanmo bay prisoners.

WAR SHOULD BE CRIMINALIZED. Please investigate this matter thoroughly yourself. I’m confident you’ll arrive at the same conclusion.

Turkey and Iraq – Operation Shekhinah

 

I disagree it will be by pipeline through Saudi occupied Arabia and Jordan. My prediction is through Turkey and shipped south, but the late great Joe Vialls analysis should not be disregarded.

I am on record as saying Turkey will annexe North Iraq. Over the week, Turkey has said it has withdrawn its troops, but it STILL has manned permanent bases in North Iraq. I am still 100% confident that Turkey will still try and annexe it. That it hasn’t happened this occasion does not make me believe they won’t. Turkey has built a road network in Northern Iraq, quite obviously for major military purposes. It is possible it may try and annexe via a Puppet leader in Northern Iraq, but I suspect it will do so militarily, and this was just a dummy run to test PKK and resistance tactics.

Hoda Abdel Hamid (Al Jazeera English) one of the rare unbiased reporters in the area, reported that Turkey did not attack the area where the PKK are said to have their stronghold.

John McDonnell MP and members of the Campaign to Make War History will brief MPs and the media on allegations of war crimes committed against the people of Iraq by Britain’s former Prime Minister and former Attorney General.

Officers from Scotland Yard have commenced a criminal investigation into the deaths of Iraqi citizens killed during the armed invasion and occupation of Iraq. The Metropolitan Police are acting in response to crimes reported by peace activists from We Are Change UK and The Campaign to Make War History. In an unprecedented step, the case was handed to the War Crimes division of the Counter Terrorism branch who are now investigating allegations of 14 criminal offences committed by Tony Blair, Lord Goldsmith and others. The offences are under the International Criminal Court Act 2001, which came into effect under English common law, just two days before 9/11.

Two Members of We Are Change UK and a representative from the Campaign to Make War History were interviewed for six hours at Belgravia Police station on the 20th December 2007. Evidence was provided to the police relating to the crimes of:-

• genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and conduct ancillary to these crimes under Sections 51 and 52 of The International Criminal Court Act 2001.
• a crime against peace and complicity in a crime against peace under Articles 6 and 7 of The Nuremburg Principles.
• murder, incitement to murder and conspiracy to murder under the Offences Against the Person Act 1861.
• conspiracy to commit genocide, a crime against humanity and war crimes under the Criminal Law Act 1977.

Details of the alleged breaches of international treaties and violations of the laws of war will be provided at the meeting.

Thanks to lwtc247 for obtaining this. [lwtc247 says: Thanks to Chris Coverdale for sending it to me]NB: The document states, “At least 80,000 Iraqis including 30,000 children have been violently killed since the war with Iraq began.” More recent estimates of the number of Iraqi civilians murdered by the coalition of the killing put this figure between 655,000 as of October 2006 and 1.2 million as of September 2007. Quite why the document hasn’t been upated to reflect these figures is unknown.

 

War Law and War Crimes

The armed invasion and occupation of Iraq is illegal in international and domestic law, violates treaties and renders those involved criminally liable for war crimes.

When Tony Blair and the Attorney General claimed that the war with Iraq was legal and authorised by the Security Council they lied. The use by Britain’s armed forces of cruise missiles, rockets, cluster bombs and depleted uranium artillery shells to attack villages, towns and cities in Iraq killing Iraqi citizens violates the International Treaty for the Renunciation of War, the UN Charter and the Rome Statute and constitutes a crime against peace under Article VI of the Nuremburg Principles as well as genocide and a crime against humanity under the International Criminal Court Act 2001.

All war is illegal.

War was outlawed in 1928 by the International Treaty for the Renunciation of War [the Kellogg-Briand Pact]. Sixty three nations including Britain, America, France, Germany and Japan ratified the Pact condemning recourse to war and agreeing to settle disputes peacefully. This treaty is still in force.

ARTICLE I The High Contracting Parties solemnly declare in the names of their respective peoples that they condemn recourse to war for the solution of international controversies, and renounce it, as an instrument of national policy in their relations with one another.ARTICLE II The High Contracting Parties agree that the settlement or solution of all disputes or conflicts of whatever nature or of whatever origin they may be, which may arise among them, shall never be sought except by pacific means.

The Kellogg-Briand Pact formed the legal basis for the Nuremburg War Crimes Trials. The attack on Iraq renders Britain’s political, civil and military leaders liable for the same crime of waging aggressive war for which Germany’s leaders were convicted and hanged in 1946. The judgement concluded:

“After the signing of the Pact, any nation resorting to war as an instrument of national policy breaks the Pact. In the opinion of the Tribunal, the solemn renunciation of war as an instrument of national policy necessarily involves the proposition that such war is illegal in international law; and that those who plan and wage such a war with its inevitable and terrible consequences are committing a crime in so doing.”

“The charges in the indictment that the defendants planned and waged aggressive wars are charges of the utmost gravity. War is essentially an evil thing. Its consequences are not confined to the belligerent states alone, but affect the whole world. To initiate a war of aggression therefore, is not only an international crime, it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole.”

The Nuremberg Principles

These seven international war laws derived from the Nuremburg and Tokyo War Crimes Tribunals were adopted as universal statute war law by the United Nations General Assembly in 1950.

I. Any person who commits an act which constitutes a crime under international law is responsible therefor and liable to punishment.

II. The fact that internal law does not impose a penalty for an act which constitutes a crime under international law does not relieve the person who committed the act from responsibility.

III. The fact that a person who committed an act which constitutes a crime under international law acted as Head of State or responsible Government official does not relieve him from responsibility.

IV. The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him.

V. Any person charged with a crime under international law has the right to a fair trial on the facts and law.

VI. The crimes hereinafter set out are punishable as crimes under international law:

(a) Crimes against peace: (i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances; (ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).
(b) War crimes: Violations of the laws or customs of war which include, but are not limited to, murder, ill-treatment or deportation to slave-labor or for any other purpose of civilian population of or in occupied territory, murder or ill treatment of prisoners of war, of persons on the seas, killing of hostages, plunder of public or private property, wanton destruction of cities, towns, or villages, or devastation not justified by military necessity.
(c) Crimes against humanity: Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhuman acts done against any civilian population, or persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds, when such acts are done or such persecutions are carried on in execution of or in connection with any crime against peace or any war crime.

VII. Complicity in the commission of a crime against peace, a war crime, or a crime against humanity as set forth in Principle VI is a crime under international law.

Armed attacks on another State are illegalWhen Britain signed and ratified the UN Charter we made a binding agreement with every Member State never to threaten or attack them and to settle all disputes peacefully.

2.3 All members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace, security and justice are not endangered.

2.4 All members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.

Pre-emptive attacks are illegal. The only legitimate use of armed force is self defence. If an attack occurs a nation may legitimately use proportionate force to defend itself, but it may do so only until the UN Security Council implements measures to resolve the conflict.

The UN Security Council cannot authorise the use of armed force.
The claim that the invasion and occupation of Iraq was authorised by Security Council resolutions 678, 687 and 1441 was a lie. The Security Council is a peacekeeping body and may not use armed force.

41. The Security Council may decide what measures not involving the use of armed force are to be employed to give effect to its decisions, and it may call upon its members to apply such measures…

Intentionally killing a person is a crime
At least 80,000 Iraqis including 30,000 children have been violently killed since the war with Iraq began. Wilful killing is a crime and is never condoned or ‘right’ in law. The Human Rights Act 1998 specifies:

“Everyone’s right to life shall be protected by law. No-one shall be deprived of his life intentionally save in the execution of a sentence of a court following his conviction of a crime for which this penalty is provided in law.”

Deliberately killing a person because of their nationality is a crime under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. It is never legal for a serviceman to wilfully kill an enemy. Just as it is a crime to explode a bomb in a pub or to fly a plane into the World Trade Centre so it is a crime to deliberately cause the death of another human being. When the first Iraqi citizen died as a result of the actions of Coalition forces those responsible for giving, transmitting, executing or condoning the orders to wage war committed a crime and became criminally liable for every violent death.

Killing Iraqi citizens constitutes genocide.

It is an offence against the law of England and Wales for a person to commit genocide, a crime against humanity or a war crime, or to engage in conduct ancillary to such an act. This applies to acts committed in England or Wales or outside the United Kingdom by a UK national, resident or person subject to UK service jurisdiction.

For the purpose of this Statute “genocide” means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such (a) killing members of the group; (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (c) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; (e) forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

When Coalition armed forces attacked Iraq causing the deaths of thousands of Iraqis every resident of Britain involved in aiding, abetting or executing the decision to wage war became criminally liable for the crimes of ‘genocide’ or ‘conduct ancillary to genocide’ and subject to the sanctions of domestic and international law. If a person did anything to aid, abet or assist the commission of the crime, even such things as paying tax, speaking in favour of executing Saddam Hussein or congratulating returning troops for a job well done they committed a crime of conduct ancillary to genocide. You may argue that you did not intend to destroy a national group, but as the legal meaning of intent is defined in the legislation you will find it hard to argue that you were not aware that anyone would be killed.

A person has intent in relation to ‘conduct’ where he means to engage in the conduct, and in relation to a consequence, where he means to cause the consequence or is aware that it will occur in the ordinary course of events.

Every resident of Britain who condoned, supported or took part in the invasion or occupation of Iraq is bound by the Rome Statute and criminally liable for genocide and conduct ancillary to genocide.

This Statute shall apply equally to all persons without any distinction based on official capacity. In particular, official capacity as Head of State or Government, a member of a Government or Parliament, an elected representative or a government official shall in no case exempt a person from criminal responsibility under this Statute, nor shall it in and of itself, constitute a ground for reduction of sentence. Immunities or special procedural rules which may attach to the official capacity of a person, whether under national or international law, shall not bar the Court from exercising its jurisdiction over such a person.

Everyone has a duty to disobey illegal orders

24. If a person who is bound to obey a duly constituted superior receives from the superior an order to do some act or make some omission which is manifestly illegal, he is under a legal duty to refuse to carry out the order and if he does carry it out he will be criminally responsible for what he does in doing so.”

This article from Chapter VI of the Manual of Military Law applies to every British citizen and taxpayer as well as to servicemen and women. It was derived from the Nuremburg War Crimes Trials when Germany’s leaders claimed that they were not responsible for the crimes of the German Government as they were following Hitler’s superior orders. The judgement rejected their claim.

“It was submitted [by the defendants] that international law is concerned with the action of sovereign states, and provides no punishment for individuals; and further, that where the act in question is an act of state, those who carry it out are not personally responsible, but are protected by the doctrine of the sovereignty of the State. In the opinion of the Tribunal, both these submissions must be rejected. That international law imposes duties and liabilities upon individuals as well as upon States has long been recognised…The very essence of the Charter is that individuals have international duties which transcend the national obligations of obedience imposed by the individual State. He who violates the laws of war cannot obtain immunity while acting in pursuance of the authority of the State, if the State in authorising action moves outside its competence under international law…

Leaders are responsible for the war crimes of their subordinates.
The International Criminal Court Act makes it clear that no matter who launches the rockets, fires the cruise missiles, drops cluster bombs or deploys depleted uranium shells, responsibility for the resulting deaths, injuries and destruction lies with those who ordered the attack to take place.

65. A military commander, or a person effectively acting as a military commander, is responsible for offences committed by forces under his effective command and control or his effective authority and control… A person responsible under this section for an offence is regarded as aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of the offence.

78. This Act binds the Crown and applies to persons in the public service of the Crown.

Although it is impossible to arrest and try everyone in Britain responsible for war crimes many of Britain’s political, civil and military leaders may eventually be arrested, tried and punished as war criminals.

We all have a responsibility to act
All British residents must abide by their obligations and duties in law and confine their activities to the legitimate path outlined by the UN Charter and the laws of war. To do this you must disassociate yourself from any action that can be construed as aiding, abetting or assisting the British Government’s use of armed force. Members of the Armed Forces and Civil Service must refuse all superior orders contributing to the wars with Iraq and Afghanistan. MPs and Peers must force the Government to end the use of armed force or resign from their seats in Parliament. Taxpayers [Individuals and employers] must withhold taxes from the Inland Revenue until the crimes have ceased and others should report war crimes to the police. The wars with Iraq and Afghanistan in which thousands of innocent men, women and children have been killed constitute the worst atrocity ever committed by a British Government and they must be stopped. They continue today because too many of us condone or support the Government’s illegal actions and fail to take active practical steps to end the killings.

IRAQ: Killer of U.S. Soldiers Becomes a Hero

Interesting story this, hence I reprint it here:

BAGHDAD, Jan 7 (IPS) – The recent killing of two U.S. soldiers by their Iraqi colleague has raised disturbing questions about U.S. military relations with the Iraqis they work with.On Dec. 26, an Iraqi soldier opened fire on U.S. soldiers accompanying him during a joint military patrol in the northern Iraqi city Mosul. He killed the U.S. captain and another sergeant, and wounded three others, including an Iraqi interpreter.

Conflicting versions of the killing have arisen. Col. Hazim al-Juboory, uncle of the attacker Kaissar Saady al-Juboory, told IPS that his nephew at first watched the U.S. soldiers beat up an Iraqi woman. When he asked them to stop, they refused, so he opened fire.

“Kaissar is a professional soldier who revolted against the Americans when they dragged a woman by her hair in a brutal way,” Col. Juboory said. “He is a tribal man, and an Arab with honour who would not accept such behaviour. He killed his captain and sergeant knowing that he would be executed.”

Others gave IPS a similar account. “I was there when the American captain and his soldiers raided a neighbourhood and started shouting at women to tell them where some men they wanted were,” a resident of Mosul, speaking on condition of anonymity, told IPS on phone. “The women told them they did not know, and their men did not do anything wrong, and started crying in fear.”

The witness said the U.S. captain began to shout at his soldiers and the women, and his men then started to grab the women and pull them by their hair.

“The soldier we knew later to be Kaissar shouted at the Americans, ‘No, No,’ but the captain shouted back at the Iraqi soldier,” the witness told IPS. “Then the Iraqi soldier shouted, ‘Let go of the women you sons of bitches,’ and started shooting at them.” The soldier, he said, then ran off.

The Association of Muslim Scholars, a Sunni organisation, issued a statement saying the Iraqi soldier had shot the U.S. soldiers after he saw them beat up a pregnant woman.

“His blood rose and he asked the occupying soldiers to stop beating the woman,” they said in the statement. “Their answer through the translator was: ‘We will do what we want. So he opened fire on them.”

The story was first reported on al-Rafidain satellite channel. That started Iraqis from all over the country talking about “the hero” who sacrificed his life for Iraqi honour.

The U.S. and Iraqi military told a different version of the story.

An Iraqi general told reporters that Kaissar carried out the attack because he had links to “Sunni Arab insurgent groups.”

“Soldier Kaissar Saady worked for insurgent groups who pushed him to learn army movements and warn his comrades about them,” a captain of the second Iraqi army division told IPS. “There are so many like him in the army and now within the so-called Awakening forces (militias funded by the U.S. military).”

One army officer speaking on condition of anonymity described Kaissar’s act as heroic. “Those Americans learned their lesson once more.”

Sheikh Juma’ al-Dawar, chief of the major al-Baggara tribe in Iraq, told IPS in Baghdad that “Kaissar is from the al-Juboor tribes in Gayara — tribes with morals that Americans do not understand.”

The tribal chief added, “Juboor tribes and all other tribes are proud of Kaissar and what he did by killing the American soldiers. Now he is a hero, with a name that will never be forgotten.”

Many Iraqis speak in similar vein. “It is another example of Iraqi people’s unity despite political conspiracies by the Americans and their tails (collaborators),” Mohammad Nassir, an independent politician in Baghdad told IPS. “Kaissar is loved by all Iraqis who pray for his safety and who are ready to donate anything for his welfare.”

Col. Juboory said Kaissar who had at first accepted collaboration with the U.S. forces “found the truth too bitter to put up with.” The colonel said: “I worked with the Americans because being an army officer is my job and also because I was convinced they would help Iraqis. But 11 months was enough for me to realise that starving to death is more honourable than serving the occupiers. They were mean in every way.”

Independent sources have since told IPS that Kaissar was captured by a special joint Iraqi-U.S. force, and he is now being held and tortured at the al-Ghizlany military camp in Mosul.

Despite a recent decline in the number of occupation forces being killed, 2007 was the deadliest year of the occupation for U.S. troops, with 901 killed, according to the U.S. Department of Defence.

Army ‘losing battalion’ to drugs – HOURRAY

A couple of times, I’ve shed tears thinking about “coalition” young men and women in places like Iraq. I recall one particular time I say a photo of an USan soldier (who had been killed) pictured previously with his children. I just mentally collapsed and I’ve tears in my eyes right now remembering it.

However, it is not long before a more overwhelming force takes over to puts that emotional outburst in place, and that is of course, when the victims of the actions of these invading forces move foremost into my vision, and rightly so!

The crucial difference is these British, American men and women HAD A CHOICE, where as their victims in waiting had none.

To argue you didn’t want to lose the promise (often a lie) of a “successful” career in the military is simply not offset-able against being part of a force that has killed well over a million Iraqi kids, wives and husbands, and will kill many millions more from the endless legacy of depleted uranium that will be a hazard of Iraqi life until the end of the planet.

 There is no courage or honour in what you have agreed to do. You have kissed the cheek of Satan and one day, I suspect he will kiss yours, but his lips will be of molten lead.

In a similar manner to what I have written above, So when I hear of deliverers of death like the British or US army losing its personnel to drugs or whatever, an initial moment of sympathy quickly succumbs to anger (to them) and also glee. I am fully aware of this emotional perversion at feeling joy at suffering, but have no control over it whatsoever.

The wounds of war have struck me too, and no doubt us all, no matter how trivial in respect to those at the cutting edge. But not so of the perverse elite who are driving these wars. Thankfully we console ourselves with the belief or at least the chance cum thought that their scar-free escape being just a fleeting terrestrial one as Satan awaits patiently, moistening his fiery lips with fuming acid ready to welcome in his next newly arrived disciple.
