Mikel and Nina Malyshev’s family have been told by the UK Border Agency that they have been moved from Yarls Wood to an undisclosed location before deportation to Uzbekistan tomorrow. The UK government continues to refuse to acknowledge the terrible human rights situation in Uzbekistan in general, or the fate that awaits the Malyshevs in particular. No reply has to date been received to a fax to the European Court of Human Rights asking for a suspension.

Please take action – contact your MP, and contact William Hague and Teresa May. The UK government cannot be allowed to continue to pretend that it does not know about the human rights situation in Uzbekistan.

Please repost this and my appeal yesterday on any website on which you can.

Could someone kindly give Amnesty International a call and see if they will urgently contact the British government on this one? They have run cases recently against Uzbeks being deported back from the Ukraine and from Kazakhstan. I have to dash to a meeting on another asylum case.

Further involvement of the British state in the callous ruining of lives today. Mikel and Nina Malyshev have been taken to Yarlswood Detention Centre and will be deported to probable imprisonment and torture in Uzbekistan on Friday 21 October.

The Home Office continues to insist in asylum cases that there is no human rights problem in Uzbekistan. But no serious authority outside government doubts that Uzbekistan is one of the worst human rights abusers in the world. Unfortunately the lives of Mikel and Nina Malyshev are to be sacrificed to the British government’s agreement with the Karimov regime to provide transit for supplies to the British military in Afghanistan.

It is noticeable that, since the current British government came to power, no government minister or official, nor the British Ambassador to Uzbekistan, has made a single reference to Uzbekistan’s terrible human rights abuses, including over 10,000 political prisoners, absolutely no free media or assembly, banning of all opposition parties, millions of children used as forced slave labour and torture and extra-judicial killing on a massive scale.

In fact such is the British government’s enmity towards the people of Uzbekistan I am afraid that Mikel and Nina will be sacrificed without a thought. They have been living around Swansea for years as valued members of the local community. They have not claimed state benefits and have done much voluntary work. Nina’s daughter is today in labour, brought on early by her mother’s detention. The total number of Uzbek asylum seekers in the UK is in the low dozens, escaping the cruelest regime on earth. I understand and share indignation at fake asylum seekers, but we should be deeply ashamed at our vicious attitude to genuine cases like this.

You may also wish to send a message to their own MP, Hywell Francis, who yesterday refused to help, saying “Haven’t I done enough already?” Not just cruel but lazy with it.

Criminalize War, Torture, Democracy, Iraq, 9-11 and some Jews

Two Zionists who called themselved Jews are in a Chinese restaturant in Manhatten. They discuss the diaspora but get stuck when it comes to China. They call the waiter who promptly makes his way to their table.

“My friend and I were talking about the Jews and we were wondering about the Chinese Jews. Is there any Chinese Jews?”

I heard that joke roughly as above, some time ago. It didn’t contain the word Zionists however, just Jews. I put the word Zionists in it because it is those people who call themselves Jews but are actually Zionists that I hate. There is a difference. But the traits of Zionism, turning a blind eye to the manufacture and propagation of Israyhell means (in my minds eye) that MOST Jews are bad Jews. The world has about 12-16M Jews (strangely the same number as before and after the holocaust if you warp your mind about that one – so report people accused of anti-semitism) and the number of them who support the theft and continual theft of Palestine are the majority.

There are great Jews however, Jews which could well be better in Gods ‘eyes’ than some Muslims, myself included, but these people are so few and far between. It is the Zionist killers, corporate and banking heads who themselves lay the claim to be Jews. Why then can this label not be used to identify them by? The answer is because it would include those great Jews I am deeply proud of. These Jews, a handful, protest against the creation of Israyhell and the Shaoh on it’s people. They research and denounce Zionist crimes against the Jews and they understand full well the threat these Zionists pose not just to Judaism, but monotheism and on an individual level, a threat to all people on the planet.

For it is the Zionist who call themselves Jews who pull the strings. George Galloway speaking yesterday the the Forum to Crimilalize War jumped on a great researcher, K. Gajendra Singh, an author who writes articles for www.informationclearinghouse.info [1] and http://www.uruknet.com/ [2] when Mr. Singh mentioned the Jews contol the banks (or did he say the media? – or both???). That statement was factually correct and Mr. Singh didn’t accuse “The Jews” of anything, yet George rather sharply took what was said as being an attack on all Jews. He said Jack Straw wasn’t Jewsish (I actually think he is) and Bush’s cabinet wasn’t Jewish (he mentioned about three – but avoided the Jewish ones that were in Bush’s cabinet) and I think he said Bush wasn’t a Jew and he did say Rupert Murdoch wasn’t a Jew. Well George, you don’t have to be Jewish to be a Zionist, which is intertwined with rank greed and power via corporatism. Just becasue ALL the string pullers don’t calim to be Jews, does not in any way mean they don’t work to the favout of the Zionists…. And they DO work in tandem with Zionists as they share common perspectives in the sence that they have a perverted superiority complex which not only breeds high aggorgance amongst their circle {or inverted pentagon}, but invites dislike and hatred upon them. And rightly so!

George doesn’t do well for himself when he rapidly starts cautioning people for using the Jew word, as he sometimes takes it out of context. George also can quickly spin peoples words into directions they did not mean.

As for democracy, GG himself is on record as saying the tories and labour are two cheecks of the same arse yet advocates Democracy (presumably based on a sililar style – perhaps with PR) as the best solution. Yet he said when defending himself for not voting for Cynthia McKinney (GG suppoted Kuchinicg in the primaries, then Obama in the 3 horse run off) as he said his choice was ‘rael politik’. So George defeated his own arguement about voting. He would of course say Vote for the alternative aprties, such as Respect Renewal, but applying his logic, voters should vote Tory or NeoLabour instead as only they have the chance of getting in. So the procedure of democracy will simply elect the one head of a two headed beast.

The modern record shows, voteing out one piece of scum like Bush and electing a new piece of scum like Obama, that democracy as we know it is bankrupt.

I advocate an end to the party system. I think this would go a long way to solving the problem. Some Muslims shriek at ‘democracy’ and they have a point. According to ‘western’ democracy, man can make the forbidden, legal e.g. homosexual sex, Mercy killings, Abortion and I would dare say, pre-emptive strikes too! But Muslims are surely aware that a council elected the Kalifah. One could say there was some democracy there, and even say if democracy was offered, then rejected again, then that too is democracy as the ‘peoples’ desire not to have what we know of democracy is actually a democratic choice.

Well as usual, I am falling asleep at this computer and I must end here. I’ll correct the usual poor language later, and try soon to give more feedback on the  Criminalize War and Tribunal, although I would like to end by saying Sami al-Hajj and Mozzamam Beig’s speeches today were both horrifying and excellent. There’s still 220 prisoners in Guantanamo and probably thousands more in US spearheaded hell holes across the world. 

Can’t sleep till I’ve mentioned the glorious Iraqi Resistance. It was good to hear them mentioned and some information given out as to their steadfastness and achievements. Most agreed to their legitimacy. Their cause it without question, one that is utterly justified. On day 1 of the conference JUBA the legendary sniper (false or whatever) had hsi name displayed on one of the slides.

I have to say the case to criminalize war was very powerful and comprehensive. Iraq is an utter nightmare by ALL accounts. The US and those who pull its strings want to leave a permanently sick people behind to man the oil pumps, but the noble Iraqi Resistance will never allow that.

Even 9-11 was discussed by Prof. Michel Chossudovsky and Ex-PM Tun Dr. Mahatir Mohammaed as being False Flags. Lauren Moret agreed and suggested other conspiracies too – vaccines and depopulation and DNA sabotage was mentioned, and Cynthia McKinney when she mentioned the counter intelligence programmes (COINTELPRO). Getting back to 9-11, Prof Chossudovsky mentioned the BBC (and CNN) news reporting WTC-7 collapsed 20 minutes before it did actially collapse (the Jane Standley reporter with Philip Hayton as anchor) and also “OBL in a Rawalpindi urology ward on 10th Sept 2001 – a place impossble not to meet CIA agents as anyone whose been to Rawalpindi will know” (near exact quote}

I think it was Moazzam Beig who said Africans were shipped from Africa to the American Hemisphere shackled in chains in the slave trade, but the same thing has happened again with the Guantanmo bay prisoners.

WAR SHOULD BE CRIMINALIZED. Please investigate this matter thoroughly yourself. I’m confident you’ll arrive at the same conclusion.

Nakbah day. How many more?

Many who are not directly affected by the theft of Palestinian lives, homes, land, future and hope, tend to focus our attention on the Palestinian (akbah) only on anniverseries. But for the Palestinians, EVERY day is a Nakbah day. Thankfully the Zionist game is being exposed like never before.

Here follows a press statement from COMPLETE, an umbrella organisation of NGO’s whose members reject Zionism and who do are active in trying to end its necromatic manefestations.

Statement begins:

Today, the 15^th of May marked the anniversary of an-Nakbah or the catastrophy in Arabic. It refers to the colossal human tragedy that unfolded in Palestine on 15^th of May 1948. Sixty one years ago, on this day, some 800,000 Palestinians, fearing for their lives fled from their homes and seeked refuge in neighbouring Arab countries. It was the culmination of the systematic usurpation of Palestinian land during the period of the British mandate by Jewish settlers since the 1920’s that climaxed with the Israel declaration of ‘independence’ on 14^th May 1948. Now after sixty one years, those Palestinians or their surviving children and children’s children, numbering over five million people are still languishing in refugee camps in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and the Gaza strip in abject conditions and almost at the brink of oblivion.

 

Sixty one years on, today Palestine  still remains under occupation. Despite repeated calls by the United Nations under countless UN Resolutions for Israel to honour the rights of the Palestinians to a statehood, Israel has remained obnoxious. The longstanding occupation now has led to other more demeaning and sinister moves by the Zionist regime to carve up more land by building Jewish-only settlements on Palestinian lands and constructing the notorious wall that snakes through the West Bank from north to south, disrupting daily movements of the Palestinian people and blocking access to schools, farms and water sources. Against every sense of justice and international laws and convention, Israel has been laying siege on the densely populated Gaza strip since 2006, turning it into the biggest terrestrial prison on earth and collectively punishing the population of Gaza for putting up resistance against the occupation, an act that is sanctioned even by the United Nations and the Geneva Conventions. The siege was than followed by a massive military strike against a deprived population that lasted for 22 days, killing no less more than 1,000 people, half of these women and children, with the aim of breaking the spirit of the Palestinian people, only to find them surviving the nightmarish ordeal and coming out stronger.

 

These episodes only prove one thing i.e. no power can put down a national aspiration for freedom. The Palestinian people will continue to remain steadfast in their struggle to liberate their land and restore their dignity in the face of the most oppressive regime the world has ever known. They have put up sixty one years of honourable struggle to regain their freedom and they are showing no signs of letting up.

 

COMPLETE Malaysia would like to call upon men and women of conscience to contemplate on this longstanding suffering of fellow human beings who have been continuously denied of a homeland, freedom and dignity. It is a great shame for the whole of humanity to allow such gross violations of human rights going unchecked for over half a century. It is the paradox of the century that the Palestinians lost their freedom and the right to a homeland the same year the Universal declaration of Human rights was endorsed by the United Nations in 1948.

 

COMPLETE Malaysia therefore calls on governments of the world, civil societies and individuals of conscience to exhaust all efforts, be it diplomatic, legal and economic, to condemn Israel’s racist acts of dehumanizing the Palestinian people. It has become incumbent on every person to express solidarity with the Palestinian people and stand firmly by their side as they thrive hard to earn the freedom and regain their honour and dignity.

 

COMPLETE Malaysia will continue to raise awareness on the Palestinian issue by holding events with the objectives of dissemination of information and bringing understanding to members of the public. It is hoped that our humble effort will receive the warm support of every Malaysian regardless of creed and ethnic background, to do what is right in the name of humanity. More than 25 of the CIA’s terror suspects were subjected to sleep deprivation during the Bush administration.

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has practiced sleep deprivation to more than 25 terror suspects during the Bush administration, a report says.

The Justice Department memos released last month showed that at one point, the agency was allowed to keep prisoners awake for as long as 11 days, The Los Angeles Times reported late Saturday.

However, the limit was later reduced to just over a week, the paper said.

Sleep deprivation method, which the CIA fought hardest to keep, has been described as one of the most important elements in its interrogation program used to help break dozens of suspected terrorists.

The prisoners had their feet shackled to the floor and their hands cuffed close to their chins, said the report citing Justice Department memos.

Detainees were clad only in diapers and not allowed to feed themselves. A prisoner who started to drift off to sleep would tilt over and be caught by his chains.

When detainees could no longer stand, they could be laid on the prison floor with their limbs “anchored to a far point on the floor in such a manner that the arms cannot be bent or used for balance or comfort,” according to a May 10, 2005, memo.

A Red Cross report on the CIA program in 2007 said detainees’ wrists and ankles bore scars from their shackles.

President Barack Obama, who calls waterboarding, sleep deprivation and other coercive practices torture, prohibited the methods in January.

A task force however is reviewing the use of sleep deprivation along with other harsh interrogation methods the agency might employ in the future.

Because of its effectiveness — as well as the perception that it was less objectionable than waterboarding, head-slamming or forced nudity — sleep deprivation may be seen as a tempting technique to restore, The Times concluded.

Binyam Mohamed – Guantanamo victim of US and UK torture is released.

The US and UK habitually lie about their involvement in torture and kidnapping leading to torture (extraordinary rendition as it’s called). Their lies are utterly offensive to even the most simple observer of the news.

But the US and UK have ALWAYS lied about virtually all of the nasty things they have been involved with for over 100 years. Their lies have gotten so bad and so common that now, when I hear a government press statement, I automatically ‘reverse’ what they are saying and arrive much closer to the truth on many occasions.

Even today the pro-Zionist British Foreign Secretary (arguably the UK’s third-most powerful politician) who claims to be Jewish, said:

The former British Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Mr. Craig Murray, was sacked because he spoke out against torture and Britain’s involvement in it. And it’s not just on the torture issue where the Brits spout their evil lies. Here’s some more lies, exposed by my favourite journalist John Pilger, about the nightmare of the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia.

February 24, 2009 “The Guardian” – – I hope you will understand that after everything I have been through, I am neither physically nor mentally capable of facing the media on the moment of my arrival back to Britain. Please forgive me if I make a simple statement through my lawyer. I hope to be able to do better in days to come, when I am on the road to recovery.

I have been through an experience that I never thought to encounter in my darkest nightmares. Before this ordeal, “torture” was an abstract word to me. I could never have imagined that I would be its victim. It is still difficult for me to believe that I was abducted, hauled from one country to the next, and tortured in medieval ways – all orchestrated by the United States government.

While I want to recover, and put it all as far in my past as I can, I also know I have an obligation to the people who still remain in those torture chambers. My own despair was greatest when I thought that everyone had abandoned me. I have a duty to make sure that nobody else is forgotten.

I am grateful that, in the end, I was not simply left to my fate. I am grateful to my lawyers and other staff at Reprieve, and to Lt Col Yvonne Bradley, who fought for my freedom. I am grateful to the members of the British Foreign Office who worked for my release. And I want to thank people around Britain who wrote to me in Guantánamo Bay to keep my spirits up, as well as to the members of the media who tried to make sure that the world knew what was going on. I know I would not be home in Britain today, if it were not for everyone’s support. Indeed, I might not be alive at all.

I wish I could say that it is all over, but it is not. There are still 241 Muslim prisoners in Guantánamo. Many have long since been cleared even by the US military, yet cannot go anywhere as they face persecution. For example, Ahmed bel Bacha lived here in Britain, and desperately needs a home. Then there are thousands of other prisoners held by the US elsewhere around the world, with no charges, and without access to their families.

And I have to say, more in sadness than in anger, that many have been complicit in my own horrors over the past seven years {lwtc247’s emphasis}. For myself, the very worst moment came when I realised in Morocco that the people who were torturing me were receiving questions and materials from British intelligence. I had met with British intelligence in Pakistan. I had been open with them. Yet the very people who I had hoped would come to my rescue, I later realised, had allied themselves with my abusers.

I am not asking for vengeance; only that the truth should be made known, so that nobody in the future should have to endure what I have endured. Thank you.

Headaches and Guantanamo

Yesterday I had a terrible headache. I still have the remnants of it today but it’s not painful.

I had precious little sleep the night before and not enough thin-drinks (water or juice as opposed to coffee with sweetened condensed milk or ‘ovaline’ type drinks etc…) during the day. Tired eyes and squinting due to yesterdays intense sunlight along with work being a bit more stressful than usual all added up to a big mental whack!

I had to seek darkness and a total lack of mental stimulation as even consciously thinking hurt. I took 3 tablets , drank a it of water and had about 13 hours sleep.

These days, if I feel the warning signs of a headache coming on I don’t bother to wait for it to develop. I just pop a pill. Unfortunately yesterday, I didn’t make enough effort to go out of my way and get a headache tablet – and I paid the penalty!

I’ve often thought things like: by taking these tablets, have I stopped some kind of natural mechanism that would ordinarily keep a headache bearable? and now that I take tablets, are the headaches getting worse and so on? I often think the answer is yes, but on most occasions the tablets work, and I don’t know how long it would to assess any possible benfefits of ‘cold turkey’ and I don’t really want all the additional pain if these natural mechanisms didn’t exist.

 

 

Finally, when the pain subsided a bit, what came to mind was the torture victims in Guantamo bay, held in Camp Delta, a torture camp which allows US military personnel to indulge in their most beloved sadism, torturing them there so the change of legal action is minimised.

These poor people will get headaches and probably due to their unimaginably more stressful conditions, will be far more frequent and possibly worse than mine. If yesterday I was put in a dark room naked, cuffed, cold and with some junk thrash metal ‘music’ blasting away at me for hours on end, after ferociously vomiting I honestly have no idea what would have happened to me. I am pretty sure I’d suffer some form of mental trauma and probably persistent trauma. I’d confess to the shooting of Lincoln, Archduke Ferdinand and for being Guy Fawks financier.

 

The worlds silence is appalling. People have accepted what’s happening there, many no doubt as a result of the fake War OF Terror drilled into them. (and If your an Uzbek or Iraqi’ that drilling is physical).

Even if there were “Al-Qaeda” – which if yor read about them is very very unlikely, (irrespective of my belief that Al-Qaeda is more phoney than real) then after about 6.5 years daily toture and detention they will have no value what so ever. Better just prosecute them according to the law. But that would deny the torture masters of their ‘pain fix’ wouldn’t it.

When the British detainees were released I said to myself ‘this is a bad day for the others at Guantanamo’ as now the Brits will shut up about the demonic torture going on there every day, and won’t even issue insincere protestations about it. Sadly I was right.

Top Italian telecom security official involved in Abu Omar rendition case commits suicide in Naples. Adamo Bove’s expertise was mobile telecom surveillance. “According to testimony by Bove’s ex-colleagues in Milan, it was Adamo Bove who helped the Milan magistrates identify and reconstruct the mobile phone traffic during the kidnapping of Abu Omar in Milan on February 17, 2003. It was this crucial investigative work that led to arrest warrants for 26 American agents and many of their Italian accomplices.” More. Corriere’s Guido Olimpio notes that Bove’s Greek telecom security official counterpart also was found dead recently, in a case that was covered by the WSJ and the Observer. More here. These cases are about not just domestic surveillance, but the intersection of Washington’s war on terror with secret factions inside companies and countries involved with domestic surveillance, and secrecy, it would seem, is at a premium.
