On the Stephen Lawrence murder trial – post sentencing

The BBC says:

“A totally innocent 18 year old youth on the threshold of a promising life was brutally cut down in the street in front of eye witnesses by a racist thuggish gang,” he told Dobson and Norris.

“You were both members of that gang. I have no doubt at all that you fully subscribed to its views and attitudes.”

He said the assault was “a brief but co-ordinated attack, a racist taunt, a charge and a swallowing up of Stephen Lawrence”.

“I’m sure that you knew one of your group was armed with a knife that night,” the judge said. “The evidence does not prove you had the knife, but the holder had it with your approval.”

Mr Justice Treacy said the encounter was not premeditated but Dobson and Norris had been prepared to attack if the opportunity arose.

The evidence does not prove thy had the knife, but the holder had it with your approval…. So there is no evidence these people killed Stephen Lawrence, yet they are sentenced for murder. That just doesn’t make sense. And the judge cannot assert that the knife wielder did hold it with the approval of Dobson and Norris (although one suspects they probably did).

Given the lack of evidence, shouldn’t Dobson and Norris be standing trial for difference charges other than murder? It matters not that they are probably vile scum, what matters is the law is carried properly.

I can’t believe that Dobson and Norris will have any appeal turned down (unless those considering the appeal act politically).

Dobson and Norris are surely victims of a perversion of justice.

Newz scum helps expose Tom Levitt, MP scum

This nasty dirty bag, Tom Levitt MP (Murdering Propagandist), in case you didn’t catch it, helped to murder over 1,000,000 people.

While people were dying under British and Americans bombs, with Toms seal of approval, he was busy writing filthy lies about how great life in Iraq was. His qualities as a human don’t end there either. Oh no. He was busy being probing MP expenses claims.

Well, it could be you think claiming reimbursement for a poppy wreath he laid during Remembrance Sunday commemorations and an overclaim of mortgage £6,000 payments is fine then great. But what certainly isn’t great is the screams of little kids whose parents bodies had just been blown to bits in front of their eyes, from bombs effectively bearing the tag line “Warm love from Tom”

My blog is recording increased interest in the Laurent Bonomo and Gabriel Ferez savage killings in Summer 2008 [see the post Risky profession] as well as increased hits on Aspartame – Poison and February and MK-ULTRA. Yeah the numbers are near zero, but I wonder if it’s a sign people are generally suspicious about the Mexican swine flu outbreak? I remember there were some questions about SARS a few years back.

 

Anyway, biochemists, microbiologists, epidemiologists etc, be careful out there (other than the scum that actually manufacture these bioweapons under the guise of ‘research’)

There is worldwide opposition to the near-ritualistic resource-thieving imperialistic slaughter of innocents around the world by those that say they are leading us(to our graves). It very much fragmented however; but sometimes unavoidably so in order to foment awareness and coordination somewhere in the global village.

The World Tribunal on Iraq (WTI) was somewhat of an extraordinary event. It brought together humans(with souls and compassion) from across the planet, to do what needed to be be done. Unfortunately due to it’s lack of ‘official’ clout, it’s findings have yet to be carried out. The ‘system’ isn’t entertaining the WTI and that’s natural enough, after all, the system is often only interested in enforces the ‘justice’ which sustains itself.

This brings me onto that most horrific of men Tony Blair. He’s winging his way around this part of the Globe at the considerable expense of the British taxpayer – not his expense you will note. Just like liar Blair delivered lectures in the US, he’s gave a lecture in “University Malaya” reputed to be Malaysias top University. And he lectured on Law. His disgraceful presence didn’t go unnoticed or unprotested. Here’s the contents of an e-mail one of my knowledgeable friends sent to me featuring one of Malaysia’s finest minds, Dr. Chandra Muzzafar. “How could local human rights lawyers and human rights activists, who are quick to react to the slightest human rights transgression in the country, listen to the lecture of a man who helmed a war borne of monstrous lies and monumental deception — a war which because of the huge human carnage and the devastating impact upon an entire nation constitutes the most heinous human rights violation of the 21st century?”

 Three years ago, the World Tribunal on Iraq (WTI) charged the British government, then under prime minister Tony Blair, and the United States government of George W. Bush with “planning, preparing and waging the supreme crime of a war of aggression in contravention of the United Nations Charter and the Nuremberg Principles”.

The tribunal also charged the two governments with targeting the civilian population of Iraq and civilian infrastructure; using disproportionate force and weapons systems with indiscriminate effects, such as cluster munitions, incendiary bombs, depleted uranium and chemical weapons; subjecting Iraqi soldiers and civilians to torture and cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment; and failing to protect humanity’s rich archaeological and cultural heritage by allowing the looting of museums and historical sites and positioning military bases in culturally and archeologically sensitive locations.

These charges were made after deliberations by the WTI’s 14-member Jury of Conscience, of which I was a member. The jury met in Istanbul from June 24 to 26, 2005, at the end of a series of 20 hearings held in different cities of the world. In Istanbul alone, we heard 54 testimonies from advocates and witnesses from across the world, including Iraq, the US and Britain.

The panel was headed by one of the world’s most distinguished authorities on international law, Professor Emeritus Richard Falk.

Among the recommendations of the jury were “that there be an exhaustive investigation of those responsible for the crime of aggression, war crimes and crimes against humanity in Iraq, beginning with Bush and Blair, those in key decision-making positions in these countries and in the Coalition of the Willing, those in the military chain-of-command who masterminded the strategy for and carried out this criminal war, starting from the very top and going down; as well as personalities in Iraq who helped prepare this illegal invasion and supported the occupiers”.

Though Blair has not been convicted by a court of law like the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the fact that a tribunal “located in the collective conscience of humanity”, representing the citizenry of the world, has charged him with war crimes and crimes against humanity in Iraq should make any peace-loving person sit up and take notice. And yet, the University of Malaya saw fit to invite Blair to deliver the 22nd Sultan Azlan Shah Law Lecture on Aug 1 in Kuala Lumpur.

Have the organisers of the lecture series forgotten that their guest speaker is the initiator (together with Bush) of an unjust, immoral war that has already killed more than 1.2 million people, the vast majority of them civilians, and maimed tens of thousands of others? How could local human rights lawyers and human rights activists, who are quick to react to the slightest human rights transgression in the country, listen to the lecture of a man who helmed a war borne of monstrous lies and monumental deception — a war which because of the huge human carnage and the devastating impact upon an entire nation constitutes the most heinous human rights violation of the 21st century?

It is sad but true that the act of honouring Blair has demeaned the Sultan Azlan Shah Law Lecture series and tarnished the University of Malaya.

I replied to my friend and the other cc’ers…(amended)

Last week I was sickened to discover that Tony Blair, the joint killer of over one million people (and that’s just in Iraq!) was being treated as a dignitary as he toured around KL. When in fact, he should have been treated to a cell pending trial for his horrific crimes against humanity.

The World tribunal on Iraq (WTI) is legendary for doing what the mainstream deliberately failed and continues to fail to do, which is: put the genocide in the public spotlight in its wicked and brutal form and advocate bringing its architects to justice.

It is almost diagnostic that just three short days after Blair spoke, Alexander Solzhenitsyn, a man who borne witness to the repugnant violence man inflicts upon his fellow man left us forever. Solzhenitsyn was just one of many thousands of men spanning thousands of years, whose message we still ignore, and are deceived into ignoring.
I often ask myself, sometimes with tears rolling down my cheeks, when will the world shun merciless killers like Tony Blair?

To rub salt into the wounds, the hundreds of millions of wounds by his hands, Mr. Blair has the nerve to lecture us about law and that globalisation is benign.

This monster of a man is not just a savage killer, he’s a pathological liar.

Of course when Blair talks about law he means the law that benefits him and his interests, not the kind of law that Chris Coverdale and others at the Campaign to Make Wars History (http://www.makewarshistory.org.uk) have proved is internationally leglisalated for, making the UK’s involvement (and many other nations besides) in war ILLEGAL. If “a man” hadn’t have been arrested, I’d be very suspicious that his killing was to ensure his silence.

Even so, I still remain suspicious. The non-description of “a man” seems almost deliberately vague. It will be interesting to see who this “a man” is and what will happen when the story fades from the publics mind.

It’s one to look out for.

Child pron slurs in the Soham Murders

This isn’t the first cop that’s been involved with child porn allegations. I remember another one albeit of a somewhat ‘inverse association’ relating to child pornography levied against Detective Constable Brian Stevens – a detective in the Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman murders.

Word on the anti-coincidence grapevine (or conspiraloon grapevine – take your pic) was that Brian Stevens was working along the lines that USAF personnel at USAF base Lakenheath in Suffolk England were involved. The bodies of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman were supposedly found close the the perimeter of the base.

The story goes that false accusations against Stevens were made to discredit him and therefore cut off his ability to pursue the USAF connection. The allegations didn’t stick which in itself should raise suspicions amongst those who take care to examine the battle of the mind society rages against the common man.

The man raising this conspiracy was Joe Vialls, who also discusses aspects of mind manipulation via drugs and programming enforced upon Huntley. The articles make great reading, but I feel it should point out some unsustainable parts of that story in that USAF Lakenheath in Suffolk is only where USAF serviceman Tech. Sgt. Randy Bitter had his court-martial. It wasn’t where he was based. He was based at RAF Menwith Hill in Yorkshire which is why Yorkshire CND posted the press release about him.

RAF Menwith Hill sergeant sentenced for sex offenses

ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, Suffolk – A sergeant assigned to the 451st Intelligence Operations Squadron at RAF Menwith Hill, United Kingdom, was sentenced by a military judge to a dishonourable discharge, confinement for six years, and a reduction in grade to E-1 during a court-martial here, July 23.

Tech. Sgt. Randy Bitter pleaded guilty to one specification of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, carnal knowledge with a female family member under 12 years old, and two specifications of Article 134, UCMJ, indecent acts with the same victim.

The UCMJ contains the laws that all service members must obey.

Note: The new CND Yorkshire site doesn’t archive this story (but the old one does) and UASF Lakenheath has removed the press release from their web site.

Vialls also says the two bodies of the girl’s couldn’t fit in the boot of a Ford Fiesta which may be false but doesn’t negate the rest of his writings on the subject which make for very interesting reading.

It is of little surprise that when looking behind aspects of all these sordid tales, it isn’t long before you get links via the Dunblane massacre purpetrated by Thomas Hamilton to people like Tony Blair, George Roberstson, Peter Mandelson, Freemasons and essentially established/official power centres etc. The Marc Dutroux case featured similar associations, and you see elements of it in the case of Josef Fritzl (who raped his own child and fathered children by her) and in France where where a married couple Michel Fourniret and Monique Olivier were recently caught.

 

It’s also of little surprise then, that child porn by its very nature have become a key weapon in mind manipulation (along the lines of the anti Semitic slur or Nazi sympathiser).

People such as myself who have had time to read about the ‘work’ of Bernaise and official programs such as tip of the iceberg ‘MK Ultra‘, can see reasonably easily that such programs have spawned psychological progeny implemented today.

There you have it then… child sex abuse, kiddy porn, murder, rape, mind control. It’s all connected and when you dig just a little bit you find this.

Bhutto Assassinated?

Wow. All my predictions were that she was to be the be next PM and she and Perverse Musharaf was just setting things up. Wonder who killed her? Well she was going to let the US into Pakistan and wanted to kill more Afghanistani’s as well as Pakistanis in the NorthWest Frontier so there’s probably thousands of people breathing a sigh of relief tonight. Her death is just one. What about ALL the countless, nameless, soulless Iraqi’s and Afghanistan? What about them Benny?

But you have to ask… When will the killing end?
